So far, so good. I received it about 8 days after placing my order, it was packaged very well and no pieces broken or missing. Seemed in perfect condition. I was able to put it together myself, all the screws and allen wrench were included and labeled properly for each part - the instructions page was on the underside of the seat cushion in my package. The most difficult part was securing the armrests, purely because I did it alone and didn't have an extra set of hands to help me hold it in place or keep the chair from rolling away from me lol, but overall all the parts went in easily.I'm a pretty big dude, nearly 6'2" and 245lbs (maybe more, actually) at the time of this writing, and I fit perfectly in the chair and it seems to support my weight just fine, even though the product info claims a max of 250lbs. The included head and lumbar pillows are fantastic, they're firm but have some give to them and support my body the way that they should. The seat and backrest are the same, it's a very firm but comfortable chair and very sturdy when you adjust it to where you want it. I like it with the gas lift all the way to the top because I'm long-legged and my legs fit perfectly under my desk.This chair reclines to nearly flat and comes with the retractable footrest already installed on the underside of the seat, and being as tall as I am, again, I fit perfectly at it's fullest recline and the footrest's farthest extension. You can also sit cross-legged on both the seat by itself and with the footrest pulled out and lined up even with the seat, so this is a comfortable and adjustable chair in many positions. So far, it seems to be a quality chair for the price point. I will update if I run into any issues, this was written the night that I put it together.

Cons: Padding on seat could be improved. Even with the lumbar, it still may not be suitable for som sciatica sufferers, but I can make it work by reclining it.Pros: literally everything else.The chair goes together easily. The components are sturdier than every other I’ve seen in stores priced similarly or slightly higher. Most notably the footstool and reclining break assemblies.Aside from the padding issue with the seat, it is a very comfortable seat.Recommended👍🏽 Helpful?👇🏽

I recently bought a chair which I reviewed and it was the most uncomfortable chair I have ever sat in. Anything Beanbag related is horrible for the back. This chair was easy to assemble. I put it together while watching Hellbound on Netflix and was able to take a FaceTime call and still complete. The added touch is the lumbar massager yes it’s one speed but it feels good and vibrates the whole chair.

There are two best things about this chair.1) The near-flat recline, making it almost a bed ;-)2) Very soft but durable cloth surface, much better than those false leather.The massage function is more a gimmick than useful. It is basically a vibrator.The customer service is quite nice. Initially, I could not find the T-shape bar for the back and decided to return it. The customer service contacted me immediately and ship it to me in a couple of days. Then, I found that it was hidden underneath the bottom cardboard (not a good way to pack it like that).My kid was so happy with the chair that asked me to I buy another one and I did.It is probably one of the best in all the computer chairs in this price range ($100-$150) on Amazon.The only drawback is that the shipping is an extra charge of $30 even for Prime member.

I hate most chairs. It takes me hours to pick a chair, and even then, most just barely pass my tests. This chair is easy to assemble: took 10 min, and only tool i needed was a knife to open the box, and screws. It came with a fairly good hex driver that had a good handle. I just glanced at the instructions and was done in no time. I don't use the vibration back pillow. Its better without it. The chair is so good, my cats spend more time on it then I do, and they are very picky. Lay back position is better then expected, and the foot rest is ideal. It is soft, and can angle when i want to have my knee bent. I have found some areas of the chair that can break easily if you are carless, like the foot rest full extension put to much weight on it will break it. The back of the seat has a bar to attach it to the seat, but has a plastic tension wheel. I suspect if you lean heavily to one side of the back rest for long periods of time, you could easily twist it or damage the tension wheel. If you take care of it, this chair should last a year or two. At this price, that's a good deal. Fabric is also top notch, as is the seat foam. As someone who drives for 8 hours a day for work, this chair is like a car seat, but a bit better in all the ways that matter. 5 of 5, will buy again.

Habe mir den Stuhl gekauft da ich seit Jahren passionierte Gamerin bin. Dieser Stuhl ist sehr bequem und die Massagefunktion total angenehm diese befindet sich in der LWS-Stütze man kann sie aber problemlos auf jeder Höhe anwenden. Habe ihn schon über 5h am stück genutzt und bin begeistert.Er ist schön verarbeitet, die Nähte sehen stabil aus und das Design ist natürlich auch sehr ansprechend. Die Rollen sind leichtgängig und sind dabei auch relativ leise (Fliesenboden)Vor allem für den Preis ist das wirklich ein schnäppchen, für vergleichbare Stühle ist man locker das Doppelte los.Der Aufbau war alleine zwar etwas anstrengend ging aber. Habe noch einen Zweiten als Geschenk für meinen Vater geholt. Der hatte noch jemanden als Aufbauhilfe, da stand das Teil in wenigen Minuten. Auch er ist sehr zufrieden mit dem Stuhl.
