Great price easily assembled and very good quality. I got this on a black Friday deal and it was one of my Best Buy’s. Quality is great very sturdy and the rollers don’t ruin my floor.

The zippers were broken, there were no holes drilled to put together, and parts were missing. Also, they expect you to pay the shipping to return. It's heavy, so it's very expensive to return. It would have been impossible to put this together. It would have been obvious and should have never been shipped out.

Kids got these for Christmas and they are already falling apart the one had holes that were out of place didn't line up with holes in the metal the arm pieces are super loose already and we tightened as much as we could. Also not very comfortable. Our kids had gotten chairs 2 years ago that were literally cheaper thenthese ones to buy we expected these ones to at least last as long as those and it looks like we're gonna have to replace these b4 Christmas.

I love this chair a lot. Its very good quality, I’ve been using it since july and while every so often you may have to tighten some loose screws, its a very good quality chair that’s very comfortable.

Super easy to build and comfy, I am 6.1 220 pounds have plenty space for my thighs. This is my 3 gaming chair over period of 7 years and so far the best out of all them.The only thing be carefully when setting up especially with white color , the screws got some oil on them so they can last longer, don't worry the stains from them removed by simple wiping down with your hand or doormat.

Super comfortable, not too big, perfect for adults or older children. Very sturdy and holds up well! Excellent value for the money! Reclines, has foot rest and pillow. Awesome for gamers!

it’s good overall. it’s comfy, soft. i like it but the only thing i didnt like is when setting it up. some holes are not aligned and i saw one in mine, there was a cable like that is through the hole so i cant screw the screws. but thanks to me i removed it. its just kind of disappointing cause i know setting up chairs like this is easy, but i took so long because of the screw holes not being perfectly aligned and some holes are just not visible. but i like it
