Pump comes apart from the tube when you pull it out to fill the soap container. What a mess. Not secure. Flimsy. Paid a contractor $100/hr to fix the thing.

We got this pump to replace one that came with a Delta faucet 10+ years ago. The color and finish match our faucet perfectly and the pump action works smoothly. We have this connected to a kit with a long tube that reaches down into a full soap bottle that we also purchased on Amazon, so the fact that this comes with a pretty small soap bottle isn't a problem for us. Otherwise that would be a challenge because those can be hard to refill and doing it more often would be bothersome. Overall it's going to do what we need.

Very easy to install, looks great next to my brushed nickel faucet/sprayer. The only down side is the hose they send it with is pretty weak. while trying to prime the tube and pump for dispensing I had to literally pump it about 35 times to even get the soap to come out. I realized during this process that the tube collapsed on itself and was preventing the flow of soap up the tube. I used my free hand to try and "open" the tube at points where it was stuck together and this seemed to work.I may try shortening the tube later but for now it works. Took one star off for this issue.
