This is a great addition to my kitchen sink! It makes everything look very sleek and includes everything needed (some dispensers do not include the reservoir). It is made of fairly thin metal, but I don't see it having quality issues, at least in the next few years. Initially I filled the entire reservoir with dish soap, and this caused it to have issues dispensing because it is designed to foam soap (which requires a soap-water mixture in the reservoir). Once I added water to the mix, it took a while but it eventually started foaming as intended. Overall a nice dispenser.

Overall this is ok. The finish is a true neutral stainless steel. (no warm or cool undertone I could detect). Install was fast and easy. It does work as advertised with foaming soap. I do very much appreciate having one less bottle on my counter.However there are 3 things I don't like.The first is that the spout is too long. Because it's so long it forces you to use two hands to use it. You might be able to operate it single-handed if you have really huge hands, but for normal folks this is going to be a two-handed thing.The second, and probably more irritating, is that it tends to stick at the top. I'm hoping this improves over time, and if it does I will come back and update my review with a higher score, but I've been using this dispenser for a good week now with no change.The third and most minor is that there's a gap at the bottom. It won't leak down past the counter, the seal there is good, but the actual part you see and touch that screws on has a gap, which means you get a perfect breeding ground for nasty stuff. As a result you'll have to take off the top and clean that area periodically to prevent a mold colony from forming. A simple seal added at the bottom would prevent this problem entirely.

Product is heavy duty made with grade A parts, but it needs to come with a 4” hard tube. With a one inch counter, the tube was not long enough to thread. I removed all the washers and it was still not long enough to thread. Otherwise, I would have given it Five stars.

This soap dispenser is fantastic! The stainless steel pump feels sturdy and looks sleek, while the 21oz under-counter bottle means I don’t have to refill often. It dispenses the perfect amount of foam every time and works flawlessly. Highly recommend for any kitchen or bathroom upgrade!
