This pan heats up quickly and fries ingredients at a high temperature easily. For the price, a no brainer.

One more costly subpar product from Amazon. The metal is pretty thin and the coating started peeling only after a couple of months of use and the base has started rusting. Not sure what the coating is made of and if it's harmful. Took good care of the wok, always handwashing with dawn soap with luke warm water. At this point I wonder if it even makes sense ordering from third party sellers on Amazon. I have had nothing but issues and most products don't last even a couple of months. I would completely understand if it was a cheap product but that is not the case either. You can buy better quality wok at cheaper prices locally.

This is a top class pan, heats quickly, and easy to clean, if there were others in the range. I would definitely purchase them. I use it as a Wok and it performs very well .

Only 36 bucks for this amazing pan? The bargain of the year. Use it as a pan. Use it as a wok. performs like a champ. Fixed scrambled eggs this morning on low heat. Delicious. Cleanup is a breeze.Pan heats up VERY quickly on low/medium heat. have not cooked using the lid yet. Stir frying is a dream with the flat bottom and high sides. Excellent design. Wooden or plastic utensils only. NO metal. We prefer wood. 100% pleased with this pan. If you are shopping for a pan, this is the one to get.Highly recommended. Happy cooking.

I really love this wok. It’s nice to look at, but has a good balance of weight. Not too light, not too heavy. Only complaint is that I like to store the lids of my pots and pans upside down in them for space saving. Because if the handle, I cannot do this with it.

I love the depth, the width and easy of picking up when I’m cooking with this wok. It cleans very very well and my food does not stick to it at all. It’s extremely hard to find something that is just the right size for portability and be able to cook the right amount of food for 2-4 people. This is just big enough and small enough. I am tempted to get another one!

This is the one pan that you always needed! One pan for everything: stir-fries, frying, sautéing, steaming, making sauces, boiling... It has unlimited uses. I've tried all of these and the pan performed excellently every time. The transparent lid on top pfoves extremely useful at cooking your food without splashes or spatter around.Unfortunately I don't have a gas cooker, thus cannot use a Wok, but I am using this pan on a ceramic hob and it cooks food beautifully. If you live stir fries and don't have a gas cooker, this is the pan you need. The handle comes dismantled and you got to attach it to the pan with the screw provided. It is very sturdy and safe to use. Finally I cannot comment enough on how easy it is to clean. Also it's capacity is enormous, you can easily feed well 4-5 people in one go.After some use I noticed that the bottom does bulge when heated. This is making the cooking quite tricky as the temperature does not distributed evenly. However the trick around it is to cook at low temperature and stir quite often.

I am happy to write a positive review of the ANEDER Frying Pan with Lid, Skillet, and Nonstick 10-Inch Carbon Steel Wok! As someone who loves to cook, I have been on the search for the perfect frying pan, skillet, or wok for some time, and I can confidently say that my search has ended with this wonderful product. One of the best things about the ANEDER frying pan is its size; at 10 inches, it's perfect for small kitchens or cooking for two people. It doesn't take up too much space on the stove, and it's easy to handle and maneuver. The nonstick surface is also a huge plus, as it makes cooking and cleaning a breeze. But what really sets this frying pan apart is its carbon steel construction. This material allows for even heating, which means that your food will cook evenly and you won't have to worry about hot spots. Additionally, the carbon steel is incredibly durable and can withstand high heat, making it perfect for stir-fries, sautés, and more. Finally, I love that this frying pan requires little to no oil when cooking. This is great for those who are health-conscious or who are trying to cut down on their oil intake. And when you do need to use oil, the nonstick surface means that you don't have to use as much as you would with other frying pans. Overall, I would recommend the ANEDER Frying Pan with Lid Skillet Nonstick 10 inch Carbon Steel Wok to anyone looking for a high-quality frying pan suitable for small kitchens or cooking for two. It's durable, easy to clean, and makes cooking a joy.

Pleased with this wok pot. It is deep enough to cook pasta and other larger ingredients. Used it to make an omelet and it did so very well even with the depth. The flat bottom adds to its variety in cooking. Very easy to clean but use no steel untensils. It's light on the hand and the lid fits tightly and having a vent in it, is super. Love this pot which is likely the only one I will use.

First, this is beautiful, like a work of art. The wood handles add that touch of class and prompted me to buy this over another model. The body is huge and definitely nonstick, which makes cooking easy. It's not too heavy, so I can handle it with one hand if necessary and wash it easily. With my prior wok, I had to lay the lid directly down on the counter to stir or serve. Being able to stand the lid on the side, is more sanitary and won't smear liquid or sauce on the counter. The accompanying spatula/ ladle/spoon is a good size to cook and serve with.It would have been nice to have some instructions on assembly. I had never put together an item like this and did not know what to do with the various little washers. I guessed about how to assembly the parts of the lid and left one little plastic piece out. Who knows what that was for. Shrug. Then, the handle took me a couple of days to figure out. There's this screw cap that helps the handle screw on. I put it on the main screw but that didn't work and the handle didn't fully go in. Then I had a hard time getting the cap off so I could try it another way. Finally, the next day I got it off and screwed it directly into the wok itself and then put the main screw through the handle. That worked. Why didn't you just tell me, manufacturer? But I don't appreciate the lack of instructions, which caused frustration.Lastly, I understand you can use this in the oven but I am hesitant to because I dont' want to ruin this beautiful lid.
