The function on this is great. My own nervous was just worn out. The fit was perfect. It was an easy install. Hardest thing is turning over the chair. Two work on it, but not a problem if you need to have somebody help you.But other than that, it removes easy and it installs very easy it's a great value for the money you're gonna save over double. And so far there's no issues with it. The original motor wore out. So let's see how long this one lasts but so far everything works great. Can I complain highly recommend it.

For those of you wanting to know how it fits into a particular recliner - sorry, I can't help other than to tell you the manufacturer has been very careful with details so I believe that would extend to fitting in the recliner they made it for. It looks like it should be fairly easy to install in that application. For myself, I picked it up because it is a powerful, 24volt linear actuator that comes with a remote control and a 120v power supply! The actuator extends and retracts smoothly. The remote easily controls forward and backward motion (but is poorly marked). The connections are not standard outside of the recliner industry, so I may have some trouble making a power adapter that runs straight from my 24v system, but that's on me. I was actually impressed with the connections because each has a lock, so they are easy to join, can only be inserted in the proper orientation, and are easily locked into place so they can't pull out with use. Nicely done and a very nice actuator.

I really like that this motor actuator comes with the AC power adapter and the handheld controller to provide a complete kit. I have not installed yet, but have plugged in and tested the operation, which is smooth and quiet. It was difficult to determine if the motor actuator would work with my recliner lift chair model, so be sure to check the motor model number for compatibility.
