Works great and easier to install than expected. I mounted it through a tile back splash and under a cabinet with a recessed bottom. Just needed to get a drill bit rated for tile. Getting the top bolt hole measurements right is a little difficult if your cabinets are slightly crooked underneath, but definitely doable. I had to make one of the holes slightly wider so the bolt would reach the mounted nut on the top of the microwave, but there is a lot of play in the nuts so they will adjust significantly in angle so they can catch the bolt coming through at a significant angle if it’s not perfectly lined up. I’d recommend getting a couple people to help you. I lifted it with one other person and it was very hard to line up on the mounting rack, because you can’t see the rack while you are lifting and tilting the microwave. One other person to help you line it up would be optimal. You will need to install an outlet above your microwave if your previous hood vent was hard wired. I installed one right above my cabinet because it was just easier to find an old work outlet box that would fit to drywall, vs having to find one that would be able to fit to a layer of drywall and wood, in the cabinet, along with having to find the stud behind both of those layers. It was just easier to put the outlet in the drywall. The microwave works great and has some cool features, and the most ideal button programming I have had on a microwave.

The microwave looks nice, is working well and was a decent deal. We had checked Lowe’s for similar microwaves and this was about $50 cheaper, but It arrived with two small dents, one on top, which won’t be seen, and one in front door. It was quite small and we decided not with the hassle of sending it back. It was also missing the wall mount, but luckily we were able to use the one we had used previously.

Got this Frigidaire to replace a 20 yr old Whirlpool that finally went out. Fit the space perfectly (same "footprint" as the old MW), which made installation easier. Was still a little tricky to get in--these over-the-range microwaves are all cumbersome--but in the end no major issues and nary a cuss word. Really.I will advise that you measure the top mount screw locations in the upper cabinet space very carefully, and do it from underneath where the top of the MW will contact the cabinet. Probably need to do that twice. The template is correct I think, but I tend to not trust those things much.Operation is pretty straightforward, and the unit looks nice (I got the stainless finish). It's quiet too, and though it's only slightly larger than the last one (1.8 cft vs 1.5), it seems noticeable.Packaging was fine, no damage in transit and arrived quickly--which I appreciated since no microwave can be a big change in a kitchen once you get used to it.

Great product, works well and looks incredible. As you can imagine, it's a job getting installed if you're used to that type of job. Follow the instructions and you'll be fine though.

This is a very nice looking microwave and appears to be very sturdy. I had to give it a Poor overall rating due to a problem with a specific feature. After installation we unpacked the glass turntable and turntable ring. The ring was broken. Without this ring the microwave is inoperable. Therefore ease of use is Poor. I cannot use it and value for money is poor because I cannot use it. Hugely disappointing considering I paid $348 for this. I have been trying diligently for 3 weeks to obtain a replacement ring. If I ever can obtain this I will be happy to give an honest review of all the features of this microwave.After receiving a second broken ring today, 3 months later, we have received an unbroken part from the seller.3 months later and still no turntable ring. I would avoid this purchase like the plague and wish I had seen this review before I made a huge purchasing mistake.
