I purchased this microwave to go in our kitchen renovation. Of course things got delayed and by the time it finally came to appliance installation, when the microwave was installed by our electrician, he realized it was damaged and we were past the return window. The microwave can open and close but there is no display on the screen and the other buttons don’t work. I have tried to contact the seller multiple times to request help and have had ZERO response. Extremely frustrated at the waste of money and total lack of customer service.

Love this microwave drawer. I broke my shoulder a few years ago and can not raise it fully, so having a microwave drawer was safer for me instead of having hot things above my 4'10" height. The microwave works beautifully. My only complaint is the roughness that was displayed by the delivery man. Upside down and handled rough i was afraid it wouldn't work as I saw him throwing things around in truck.Love all the features.
