Nice upgraded replacement for our old wore out Frigidaire microwave but was a pain in the add to hang as hang holes and top vent were in different positions. Be sure you read directions about venting on out top as you have to remove vent fan assembly and rotate to blow out of top of unit. Simple adjustment but had no idea if I hadn’t read. Very happy with this true 1000 watt unit!!

When our microwave hit the dust, we immediately looked for the same replacement. The unit had been obsoleted but an updated unit was available. We LOVE the updated one, with a more sleek design, and even a 10 sec warming button when 30 sec is too much or too little. The interior is nicer and overall we are pleased with our purchase.

I was very disappointed at how this product was packed in a box with no dents yet when the technician came to put it up the back of the microwave was dent and I still had to pay for the technician. After I had already paid for a damaged microwave.

Purchase a set of kitchen appliances from Lowe's and was expecting delivery of everything and the microwave was left out. When I contacted them they said they had discontinued this model and they would not sell me the one on display, so I ordered this one from Amazon works just perfect! Great match!

This microwave oven and vent hood combination was very easy to install and fit almost exactly as the old one I took out was as well as very pretty to look at a simple plug and play without fitting up air ducts

I love the look of this microwave and it functions like any other microwave in terms of heating. However ...The first negative - the alarm when the food is done is SUPER loud and SUPER annoying and it keeps beeping. You know how certain foods want you to leave the food inside the oven to steam for a couple minutes - well, you really can't just leave it to do that because of the loud and very persistent alarm.The second negative - my last couple microwaves had a 'one minute' button and you could select "2" and it would go for 2 minutes. This microwave only has a 30 second and 10 second button. Who microwaves for 10 seconds? I really miss the 1 minute button - now rather than touching one button, you have to select Time cook and then 1-0-0 and start, so 5 steps vs. 1.Third negative - only ONE light level = BRIGHT. I liked the low light level on my old machine - this has only one option.Last negative - the door sounds tinny ... like a cheap car door. Again, I miss the solid sound of my GE machine (which broke, so there's that).
