Box was opened & the microwave itself had 5 dents three of them were pretty bad. It works fine for now but really not happy that FedEx was used for delivery because this is a frequent problem with them having damaged deliverys. Not a happy camper at all

Very nice microwave. It was delivered with some damage, but we decided to keep it. Had a small issue with the door not closing properly which made the interior light stay on. Thankfully, I can fix appliances, so I took the controller panel loose and discovered that a wire connection had been jarred loose during shipping. It is now working great and a nice little unit.

Bought the micowave May 2022, stopped working Jan 2025. It worked great then it just stopped heating. We called a repair man and he said they did not have any parts to fit this microwave.

I absolutely love this microwave. It works great. No issues with it at all. I only wish that they had more information about cooking with the convection method. Times, temperature with types of foods you’re cooking. They have a few examples but not nearly enough.

I bought this microwave as it had all the features and was the perfect size I was looking for, even though had never heard of this brand and it had no reviews here on Amazon. Plus none of the other major stores carry this brand. So it was a bit of a gamble but it was several hundred dollars cheaper than the standard brand microwaves with similar features and Amazon's return policy made it less risky to try it out. And I'm glad that I did.It is an excellent convection microwave that works just as well as our previous (JennAir) microwave. Has all the same features, looks just as nice if not better (actually from inside it does look better with the diamond pattern) and is even quieter. Have tried convection cooking only once, but it worked just fine.It matches our other JennAir appliances well and love the fact that it doesn't have the brand name or logo on it.Installed it myself and didn't have any major issues. Did have to drill new holes in the cabinet above as its top mounting holes did not match the existing ones.We have had it only for a few days so can't comment on longevity. Really hoping that it will run without problems for several years. Based on the initial experience I would definitely recommend this microwave.
