BOSCH should be ashamed of their appliance products. They just keep breaking. This microwave oven door kept breaking even with very light usage.

I purchased this item from a local appliance store, and while it works effectively, it's a nightmare to use for 3 main reasons:- The buttons have no tactile feel (you can't even find the panel),- the print on them is _tiny_, and- they are not backlit.These 3 accessibility issues make it impossible to use in anything less than a brightly lit room for someone with limited (or, God forbid, no) vision.I would not buy this item again for this reason.

It is a good looking product that does not work. Already the first oven didn’t work, was replaced, then the motor to turn didn’t work. My husband replaced that as well as the door hinge that broke. The oven is barely 7 years old! What a piece of junk!

My old Bosch microwave broke after 12 years. This one is great. Easy replacement. No complaints. Amazon had the best price online for this model.

The magnetron blew up a year and a few days after purchase, just after the warranty expired. The repair cost as much as the new microwave. Bosch customer support did not respond for several days after filing a request, then refused to reimburse the repair expense because it was not done by an approved technician. How we were supposed to learn about an approved technician when they didn't response for nearly a week is unclear.
