Cut pork tenderloin like cutting paper, very smooth and sharp. Not really good on beef with a little fat. If the beef is trimmed with no fat left, then it will do the job

I don’t usually write reviews but this is definitely one to get! I love that I can just put the thawed meat in the chamber and cut it into fajita pieces! It was really easy to use. Make sure you anchor the base, and remove the blade you don’t need (both blades are stacked together). I cut 3lbs of stew meat into fajita pieces in less than 15 minutes.
