I bought this for butchering game. I also invested in victornox, which will be my primary butchering knives. I use this one when I may be getting into bone. It’s perfect for that. Sturdy, easy to grip and sharpens up well

Love the Balance, look and feel. It's really sharp. Cuts paper like a new Razor Blade. Will use it at home for meats. Will take on Camping and Fishing trips. I was once an ARMY COOK, I know a good Knife when I use one.

Already have a few of these knives, nothing bad to say at all !Take care of them and they will last for years!!!I'm a cook, I BBQ and use my Smokers on a regular basis and use these knives all the time!They are sharp and very useful tool !And they make you look good too using them LOL 😆You want to gift one of these knives to friends or family, go for it!Just make sure they know how to clean and take care of them! ✌️Oh and don't forget to give them a penny if you gift a knife! 🤭

A sharp well made knife. Fits my small hands comfortably. I do a lot of canning and bbqing, both require decent knives to make the hard jobs easier. This is a perfect blade for a great price & the style is exactly wht I was looking for.
