Too short and feels like a knob in the arch. A little too painful for me, but I'm sure it would feel better for someone else that has worse fallen arches than I. I wish they worked though cause the gel is wonderful feeling!

The arch support was very minimal and the pad am doesn’t really reach the back of the foot b I sent them back. I did like their pads for only the balls of the feet and In am using those. Great costume support at the company.

I have a very high arch, and my new wedge sandals were not as comfortable for any length of time as I wanted. These don't show in the shoe, added good cushioning and stayed in place well.I have a couple of other pairs or shoes that will be getting these added.

Highly recommend for people with flat feet! I have them in mostly all of my shoes, heels included and I can feel the difference. My feet don’t tire or hurt as quickly!

I have tried several other inserts for arch support but they all had raised padded heels. For everyday shoes that would probably be fine, but for my aerobics/HiiT shoes it seemed to force a lot of pressure onto the balls of my feet (and also forced my heels out of the back of the shoes). These do neither, which I love. I did have a hard time figuring out the best placement for comfort though. For me, placing them close to the inside of the shoes gives me support (otherwise it is like jumping up and down on hard rubber balls). Now that they are well located, my feet don't scream by the end of an hour workout. Soooo happy!

It worked perfect to cushion where needed, adhesion somewhat unsticks but allows to use with other shoes and smaller size doesn't show or fill up shoes.
