2 tier step ladder, perfect height to use in the kitchen for upper cupboard and above cupboard reach. It’s sturdy, a bit heavy because it’s solid wood, but that is a plus for me - did not want a plastic one that will warp over time. I also use the top tier to sit when I need to study a recipe or have a snack in the kitchen. Tucks in perfectly in a thin space between my fridge and counter. No assembly, pulled straight out of the box to use right away. Great over all functionally as it’s one of my most used items in the kitchen. Great value as I believe it will last for a long time.

Part of the issue, for me, is the step is narrow. And the way it is built with crossbars above and below the step, I find myself accidentally stepping onto the crossbars a lot. And they are not intended to bear weight.But it feels solidly built, overall. And looks much nicer in my kitchen than an aluminum work ladder.

A very well made folding 3 step ladder. It arrived earlier than expected and it comes already assembled. It looks nice, is made of sturdy wood and is well constructed. I am quite satisfied with this purchase.

Needed a collapsible ladder for my clothes closet and the metal version didn’t have the look that I was hoping for. This ladder has so much more charm! A little more than I wanted to spend, but it seems like good quality and folds very easily and feels sturdy so far!

I bought this nearly a year ago because it was the only attractive option for my newly renovated closet. I wanted to use it to reach upper shelves. I have only used it a handful of times. I had to purchase skid-proof feet because it kept sliding on the hardwood floors. Today, I was on it and it fell apart (see photos), and I hit my head and twisted my knee. I want to warn others about this. It is supposed to support 330 lbs and I weigh half that. This should be taken off the market before others get hurt. This is the last time I buy for aesthetics over function.

Was not sure about this purchase, but turned out better than I expected. No assembly. Fold up easily for storage, & looks so good that I don't want to store it at all. Easy to move from room to room. Well worth every penny.
