I love how easily this folds up or folds out. It folds so flat I can keep it behind my trashcan out of the way. It is the perfect height to get me to the top shelves of my closets and cabinets. To close, I just literally pick it up in the middle of the stool and it claps shut. Oh little red stool, where have you been all my life?!

Good step stool. Folds up nicely and am able to store it between my fridge and the wall in my kitchen. No issues with weight, I've jumped on it before which is absolutely not safe to do, but it was nice to know that this would hold if I did.

I cannot say enough good things about this step stool. I actually purchased a much more expensive kid's step stool before buying this one, and it was bulky in our small bathroom and didn't work well for my toddler who very much wants to be independent. My toddler, almost 3, LOVES this step stool. He can grab it out, unfold it himself, step up on it and get to the toilet by himself. He even can fold it back into our storage area for it in the bathroom. It's also perfect for myself if I can't reach something. It is easy to wipe down and I think the black/white color choice is cute!

The step stool is easy to fold out, easy to fold back up and tucks away perfectly in my space. We have high top shelves in the kitchen and I was tired of dragging a chair around when I needed something out of reach. I liked that it’s slip resistant and comes in different colors. Convenient, easy and very practical!

I use this sturdy stool every single day. It's so tall and sturdy that replaced by big stairs.. Real space saver and it lets me reach the ceiling with no problem. Very lightweight and easy to carry. I recommend it to everyone!

These were bought to keep in closets to reach high shelves and they do their job well. They setup in an instant and fold quickly flat. They feel completely sturdy even with a not so slim adult on them. Excellent value. Bought 2 already and not regretting it!

The purchased 13-inch stool in April 2024 (was $19.99 with $4 rebate) was an almost perfect replacement to an accidentally forgotten perfect stool left at an away game. The forgotten perfect stool was over 5 years old, and it was gone when I went back to attempt to retrieve it, even with my name and cell phone on it.Anyway, the images of my 13-inch folding stool that I purchased months ago is not the same that is being sold now (see August 2024 image with cutout holes). The April purchased stool has solid side panels (as shown with pointing ruler) with no cut old holes. Several years ago, a basketball player ran towards me and managed to partially step into the cut-out hole and broke the side hinge panel. Back then, replaced the broken stool with the perfect stool with solid panels and continuous hinges.A perfect stool for sports photographer needs to be sturdy and take abuse when a player charges out of bound to attempt to retrieve or catch the ball. The side hinge should be a solid panel with no hole cut outs and the hinge must be continuous. similar to the corner hinges. Since my April 2024 purchase, I am pleased, but I would rather have a continuous piano-like hinge on the side that can take abuse around a basketball court, soccer sideline or football end zone.The 13-inch height is sturdy for my weight and perfect for sitting a couple hours during a sporting event without sitting on the floor or damp ground with aging knees and hips. It is also the perfect sitting height without blocking the view of spectators in the stands that are behind the photographer. The stool that is able to fold is perfect for carrying around with other heavy photographic gear. I have also used it as a true step stool to get extra height to get overhead shots with no problem.As a suggestion to the manufacturer, please bring back the solid side panel with continuous side hinge, similar to the corner continuous hinges, and market to sports photographers.Respectfully submitted on August 9th 2024.

It's good for reaching upper cabinets and can be stowed away so you don't have to look at it. I also use it under my desk to lift my feet a bit.
