This is a great stool for use at my kitchen counter. Folds away neatly for stashing and comfortable for sitting. It’s quite light weight so heavier weight people probably shouldn’t chance it. And with the stool being light weight, unless one has really long legs, it can easily slide away from under you while getting on it. So getting on it has to be done carefully and strategically.

I needed a chair or stool at counter height to keep on my husband's lobster boat to sit on in the very small wheelhouse when we are on longer trips. Shipping was fast. The stool itself feels a little flimsy for the price point. I have only used it on one trip so far. I really wished the footrest would fold up flat with the rest of the stool. When folded it sticks out a bit. It makes it a little awkward try to find a spot to store it.

My mother can’t stand for long periods of told. I bought this so she could sit and do her ironing. We bought another one to keep in the bathroom. She likes looking pretty everyday, so she sits and puts her makeup on.

I'm a dog groomer with some physical limitations. This stool provides the needed stable support without bulk. It folds easily and tucks away when not in use. I can tuck it in the car to be available for use at dog shows. It's a winner.
