We've got exactly what you need to complete that sofa makeover or chair upholstery project. Our foam is long lasting and ideal for places that get daily traffic.

Our 1.8 density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds, and 100 % recovery rate. That means affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

Whether you are looking for a thick or thin quality foam material, we've got you covered with our custom cuts and large variety. Make sure you measure twice, order once! The measurements you should record is the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need help determining the correct size, we will be happy to assist you!

Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools and DIY headboards. They're also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may come vacuum packed, rolled or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. Foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

The foam was described as firm, which is not how I would describe it. I was looking for foam to redue my dinning room chair seats. I was very disappointed when I received my order to find this foam wasn't firm at all. When I put it on top of the chair, with the existing padding, I couldn't feel any difference when I sat on the chair. I returned the foam and was charged a 50% restocking fee. I understand restocking fee but feel this is extremely. I would not order again from this company.

This foam feels dense enough for chair seats, my butt doesn't bottom out on the wooden seat. Shipped quickly and they are of decent quality.The squares are exactly 18", so make sure that your chairs seats are that size, or smaller if you'd like some overlap. I padded mine out with dacron, so even though the seats were 18" in one dimension, the padding filled them out.

Intend to use it for back pad for a chair. It is a little firm for that purpose but I will use a layer of quilted dacron wrap. The seating in our armless chair is too deep for us. I intend to use the electric knife to shape it as needed. The foam is clean and has no odor.

Delivered quickly & a good product. Although foam is very good, at least to 'me'...when I read, order & anticipate 'high density foam'...I expected it to be denser/more firm/less 'spongy'. It's not at all 'light duty'...but I was expecting it to be firmer. Probably just a case of my expectations being higher than they should be. BUT...it absolutely did the job it was intended to do - which was to "firm up my worn down/broken in recliner seats". Working the foam into & under the springs was a little bit of a chore, but not at all undoable...and the foam held up nicely as it was manipulated, pulled & worked into position...which, less quality foam would've torn easier. 👍

Our 4 pack foam arrived in a timely fashion today in a shrink wrapped package. We found one defective piece with jagged edges that made the cushion 4" short than the other 3. We notified the company and was told they would replace the defective piece. The company owner called to let us know that he had shipped out a replacement and apologized about the defective cushion. We appreciate the fact that he was interested in our problem. The replacement cushion arrived the exact day he specified. Excellent product and excellent service! Our dining room chairs now feel so comfortable. They weren't even this comfortable when we bought them! We're thinking about ordering more for our kitchen chairs.
