  • FIRMNESS & SIZING – High-density foam is firm, mid-density is softer, offering flexibility for comfort needs. Choose Mid Firm (1.8, 35LB) for softer comfort or Firm (1.8, 46LB) for durability. Ideal for foam cushions or upholstery projects. Color of foam might vary. Slight size discrepancies (0.25 to 1 inch) may occur.

Our 1.8-density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds and a 100 % recovery rate. That means affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

Whether you are looking for a thick or thin quality foam material, we've got you covered with our custom cuts and large variety. Make sure you measure twice, order once! The measurements you should record are the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need help determining the correct size, we will be happy to assist you!

Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, and DIY headboards. They're also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

I purchased a 2" thick piece of foam for seats for my 1950 Willys jeep. The foam was cut to my exact dimension and shipped very quickly. The firmness is about right for a seat, 3" would be more comfortable but my seats wouldn't allow it thicker. There is very little smell to the foam which is nice and it returns to its original shape quickly.

I bought the firmest foam. The high density. It is very stiff. I weigh about 130 and I barely dent it. I would not say this cushion is soft or even very comfortable to sit on. BUT. This is exactly what I wanted because the middle cushion of my sofa had a sand pit feeling of sinking and sitting next to my husband was like fighting gravity. I tried the board insert under the cushion but that did not help. This firm cushion made it so I don't have to buy a new sofa. It's awesome. The foam came wrapped so tightly that when I opened it, it sprang up to shape and scared me so be warned. It came exactly as I ordered in dimensions. I'm very happy with this purchase. Thank you. The price was great too.May I recommend a video or photos showing the different foam firmnesses. The firmer foam is very firm almost stiff.

Used to replace old sofa cushions - so far very comfortable. No smell, good thickness. Come very compressed so opened packaging & let them open up for 2 days but all in all very good product

I order 3 custom size for our 3 sofa and I can tell you this product quality is great. It save me several $$$$ because I don't have to buy new sofas anymore. 6 inch hight is perfect for large sofa. No more sinking in sofa and back pain from it. I did sleep on it to test for couple days for future guest and my back was fine the next day. They cut it exact size to my order and they shipped it fast. I m very happy with my purchase.
