Your cart is empty.High density foam has a compression rate of 44lbs. It features the perfect amount of cushioning and stiffness. Its soft but still holds its firmness and support for an individual to sit on it without compressing the foam too much. Compression = firmness compression (not density) is what determines firmness. If you dont want a cushion thats hard as a rock or a mattress that sinks when you sit on it, you have to check the compression or ild number. Compression means the number of pounds necessary to compress a piece of foam 25% and still bounce back to the original thickness. For example, a 4" thick piece of foam that requires 33 lbs. To pack it down 1" and have it return to its full 4" thickness has a 33 lb. Compression rating or (ild) -indention load deflection. - all foam sheets are sold per sheet - not per yard. Do not open with a box cutter. Use a ball point pen or a pencil. Start by making a little incision and break it from there - durability : will last 7 to 10 years Medium density foam is used for firmness yet relax able cushion. It has high quality compression and material to keep it lasting for longer periods of time even when harsh weight is applied. A 50% restocking fee may apply on returned items.

Bought this to replace the cushion on an upholstered chair. The old cushion would sink making the front frame of the chair press against your legs. It was uncomfortable to sit on for other than a very short time. The new cushion does not compact much when I sit on it but it is still comfortable. I got the thickest foam to elevate the height of the chair seat. The foam is very high quality and makes the chair very comfortable.

This foam revived a favorite sectional. It easily slipped into the cushion covers. Great support. No odor, easy to handle. Now I have a 'new sectional'

For those of us a bit over the normal scale for weight who are tired of having the 'standard' cushions that come with new furniture flattening out after a couple of weeks of use... this high-density foam makes a great replacement. Made to handle a little extra weight.. it stays firm without slowly deflating to nothing.

We rearranged our camper. The bulky table came out and a 30x30” board attacked to the seats. I covered it and now it is in place and it has been a great nights sleeping!

Yeah, I bought two of these to redo my couch cushions. Strangely, the pillow inserts actually cost more than the couch, but that's more on me for buying a crappy piece of modular furniture, with a bunch of ridiculous springs stuck in the cushion foam for some reason (seriously, who does that?), that needed the pillows replaced after a year. But these were absolutely worth spending the money on. They're so much more comfortable than the original filling, even when it was new. They stand up to regular use well, too. I've had them for about a month and a half now and they're still as good as new.So if you need to replace the place where you rest your weary buns at the end of a long day, these are a good choice.
