I wanted something cheap that I could install myself being someone who rarely does such types of Jobs disease. However the adhesive on the strips is pretty useless. I bought some special glue from the hardware store and applied at liberally and allowed the strips to set for 24 hours with boxes to help flatten them out. I went through again and applied glue along the edges and again let it sit for a good 24 hours. It's been about 2 months and it's been holding up pretty good I'm happy with the result as a job I've done myself and not professionally with someone else, and at a low price point I certainly didn't want to pay a lot because I'm renting.

worked as a great transition strip between carpet tile and flat vinyl flooring. It cut with a utility knife easily, then I layed it into place and slowly removed the strip covering the adhesive. It adhered well and I am pleased with the results. I would definetly purchase again.

I used this to put a protective edge on a carpet I cut to shape to fit in my camper. It is easy to work with, easy to cut, and looks fantastic. It's only been a couple days, but the adhesive seems really strong and sturdy. Plus it doesn't have that "chemical" smell to it.

We just installed new floors and I had a large area of transition between tile and flooring as well as several door entrances. I went with the gray woodgrain and it worked perfectly as a match for both the vinyl plank floors and the tile.There was a height difference of 6mm between the new flooring and the older tile. This transition strip did the job perfectly. I was initially concerned if it would adhere well enough, but so far so good. After a day, the strips seemed to settle and look perfect. I'm very pleased and the price was very good.

Excellent product but the adhesive on the back is pretty useless. I put the product on with an alternate adhesive more suitable for the job. Otherwise, I’m very pleased.

Worked perfectly for my Luxury Vinyl plank transition to my stairs. I saw lots of reviews saying it didn’t stick very well so just to be sure I bought some construction adhesive BUT!! The adhesive didn’t show up as quickly as this strip so I said what the heck I’ll try it without it and see what happens! So far so good! I have had ZERO issues with it staying down and that’s saying something since I have my own little zoo going (4 large dogs and 4 cats) but I will say I did lay this strip out and put some heavy items on it before sticking it down just to get the curled shape out of it before laying it down so maybe that prevented it from trying to peel up! But I would most definitely recommend this and will use it again in the future for my next remodel !!!!

Esta moldura flexible es ideal para instalar en los remates de piso vinilicos de 3 milimetros de espesor ya que se adapta muy bien, la calidad del material es buena el color es intenso además el material llega con cinta adhesiva para se instalado cuando la necesites. Antes de instalar es necesario limpiar con alcohol industrial para remover cualquier tipo de grasa o suciedad ya que si no esta limpio no se adhiere la cinta doble cada con la que viene la moldura.

Concerning my purchase in December 2023 of "Floor Transition Strip Self Adhesive Carpet & Flooring Transitions Edging Trim Strip PVC Threshold Transitions Suitable for Threshold Height Less Than 5mm (20Ft, Wood Grain Light Brown-New)" - I may need to return this because of a flaw that does not protect the self-adhesive strip. Before packing/shipping by the manufacture/seller, it is wound up in a circle with the red sticky protector tape on the inside of the roll and not on the outside of the product as shown in the product's picture on Amazon. Because it is wound up on the inside, that has caused the red protective tape to be loose causing gaps and bubbles which leads to the self-adhesive strip to dry out and become less tacky. IF the product is wound in a circle with the red sticky protector tape on the outside (again as shown in the product's photo), it will keep the protective red tape tight and taut. This will give it a higher chance for the self-stick part to remain just that. Right now, it is not tacky at all, most likely caused by sections being open to air. Please fix and advise.

I dunno I’m not super happy with this. I got it to work. But overall I feel like it won’t last. The adhesion doesn’t seem to be the best. It does give a nice finish look. My main issue was after I cut it, it still had so much bend in it from being rolled. I stuck it down and a few mins later it popped up. I kept sticking it back only for it to come up again. Luckily there was enough of this to do it twice. I cut my second piece to length but I set it outside in the sun for a few hours. That got rid of the bend for sure. But it really isn't hard to pull it back up. I have a good feeling one time something drags or hits this it’s coming up.
