the connection to concrete seems to have worked quite well. additionally the space carpet gets tucked into is quite small but seems sufficient. the only reason it isn’t 5stars is i have to see long term results first.

First of all let me say that I really do like these rubber strips but unfortunately the adhesive they put in it is useless. Had to use glue to get it to adhere. Otherwise it’s perfect for a door threshold or a transition from carpet to tile etc

Our vacuum robot couldnt make the 20mm jump before so we got this. Very affordable comparing to the otherones considering its 10 ft.It is sturdy and adhesive seems to be doing good so far. As long as nobody tries to rips it up, it will stay there and wont move. Great product and good price for it!

First strip adhered well to clean smooth tile at a doorway transition. Second section would not stick to same tile near cold drafty door. Heating the strip and standing on it made it stick, even after it cooled down.

We recently had epoxy flooring applied to two basement rooms. The metal transitions we removed from the doorways were pretty banged up so we didn’t put them back and couldn’t see paying someone to come in to install new ones. Once I had the thickness measurement from epoxy floor to carpet, I found this product fairly quickly on Amazon.I liked the simplicity of the narrow black transition. The fact that it’s a roll to be custom-cut meant that the doorways of two different widths could be cut from a single piece with one leftover length, rather than lots of little scraps to throw away. I used a box knife to easily shape them. These transitions look really clean and it was very simple to cut and shape around door jambs. I did add E6000 adhesive to both sides because the epoxy side, which would have received the self-adhesive side of the transition, isn’t a totally flat surface.
