These batteries wont last! You would think that buying a $600 piece of equipment would get you proper parts, but no. My Xplore 400 came with this battery and it died after a year, barely used it like a dozen times maybe. Do not buy it.

All of these Flashpoint/Godox batteries suck. They will not hold a charge. Once depleted, they crash. I managed to revive my Pro 600 battery with some McGyver BS, but the Pro 400 would not come back. Flashpoint/Godox knows about this because it's all over the internet in the form of reviews and video hacks to get them to work, but they don't care. The only lithium battery in the world that doesn't hold a charge. Had I known this, I would have never bought the system. But here I am, replacing my XPLOR Pro 400 battery well before its time. If anyone lives near their factory, throw a rock through their window for me. (I'm Kidding)

This is insane. I used this flash only a few times. Batteries dont hold charge thats why they are always dead. Now battery wont charge. I guess its time to find a new brand of flash.

Pure garbage… too many issues to reboot or wake up the battery if not used for 1 months… switched to profoto. I have zero tolerance for cheaply manufactured products

You'll very likely receive a dead battery that won't take charge and then have to pay the shipping to get a refund!

I've been trying to keep this thing charged but I don't use it very often. And you have to continuously charge it or else it will stop holding a charge. It was in the drawer for 2 months and now it won't even hold a charge at all. Completely useless. I can't believe they haven't figured this out yet

The battery has a low voltage safety circuit, and if you don't remember to keep it constantly charged and let it fall below that safety it won't charge. I forgot for a little less than a month and now I just have 2 expensive paperweights. Poor design.
