This is a good battery! I used it to power an industrial SCADA system that required 24vdc and this worked perfectly for it. I love the battery gauge that tells you the remaining charge.

Gave me two nights power for a Redmed Airsense 10 with no humidity or heat turned on. Fits in the Resmed case where the power adapter normally goes.I've tried a couple small camping batteries before. I'll use them for other things because this unit is perfect for the CPAP.I hadn't gotten the Resmed adapter yet so I used a 24v to car female then a car to Resmed 12-24v adapter. The rated input voltage for the air 10 CPAP is 24 volts. This battery outputs anywhere between 20 and 29.4 volts. If you are concerned, like I was about the input voltage, there are a few solutions. You can buy two of the 12 volt batteries and hook them in series. This will give you a max voltage of about 25 or 26 volts instead of 29 volts.Another option is to use a DC to DC converter like I am doing. There is a converter made by Bix power specifically for the air sense 10 for about 59 bucks. You will need a few adapters and/or be able to solder to get it all hooked up right but in the end you will have a superior product for about half the price of most others. This will allow this battery to be used as a UPS backup power instead of just for camping etc. It will switch automatically if power is lost in the middle of the night. You will never know that power went out until you get up in the morning!

Used this for camping with my resend10. I was blown away at how good it worked. No problems. And lasted 2 nights, might have lasted a 3rd. This fits so well in my Cpap case I might never travel with the normal charger again. If you camp get this.

This is a great battery, but it will not work with a Resmed Airsense10 APAP machine. At a full charge, this battery discharges 29.4V, which is too high for the 24V machine. It just immediately clicks off. Too bad! I liked the size of the battery, and purchased the special 24V cord to go directly from the battery to the 24V machine. As an experiment, I discharged the battery about 25%, by charging some phones, etc. THEN, it worked fine, powered up the APAP, and ran for a few hours. If only it could be used on a full charge, I would’ve loved it.

I'm using it to run my CPAP during power failures and it has worked very nicely! However watch out for the instructions that come with the battery pack.Read the label on the power brick that came with your CPAP. If it says "12 volts" DO NOT plug the power cable in to the 24 volt socket on the battery, even though the printed instructions with the battery pack say to do this. You need to contact the vendor for the correct adapter so your 12 volt CPAP plugs in to the 12 volt output jack on the battery.

I bought a couple of these for some serious backpacking, and, as batteries go, I am impressed. With my ResMed AirMini, I got three 8 hour nights out of one battery on the first test with a full charge. (Your performance may vary depending upon your settings). I previously purchased a Medistrom Pilot-24 battery for travel, which cost about four times as much, and has an expected life of about half one of these. They use the same cable, so I didn't need to purchase anything else. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the recharge time, but still, after using it three nights in a row, I recharged it fully over the next night. I may get a faster charger if it is safe to do so, to enable a quick charge at a restaurant off the trail. I'm a happy camper!
