Typical Chinese product. Legs do not screw in straight. Should not matter since it is in the fireplace, but no discount was given for the inferior workmanship. If I pay full price I should receive perfection.

Gheez this thing is a monster in an awesome way! Solid extra heavy duty. At least close to 20lbs of steel. Looks great to. Really a worthy purchase for the price. Can 100% recommend if you are looking for a super duper heavy duty fireplace grate.

We have an older enclosed wood burning stove where the firebox is deeper than it is wide. This grate fit well through the opening and fits the firebox. It's curved shape does a good job keeping the wood together and the cross hatch grate welded to the underside does a great job holding the embers.

I bought a US Stove 900 model for a cabin. I could have used it as I bought it, but having run wood burners for many years, I knew it needed a grate. A good grate helps airflow around a fire and supports the logs as they burn. This model has the added benefit of a thick coal retainer mesh, which is a very nice feature. After carefully measuring the burn box of my potbelly, I ordered this unit.When it arrived, I was struck by its heavy-duty construction. This is beefy, and it should give long service. The legs were separate. They install easily. You screw them in. After a few minutes of assembly, I put it into the potbelly box. You do have to twist and turn it some to get it to fit, but it did. I was surprised by exactly how well this fit! It is excellent, and I couldn't be more pleased. An easy five-star review. Highly recommended.

Definitely sturdy and fireproof.... I had my doubts, but the grate is official. I have a large fireplace and the 24" fit great. The curve in the grate is better than the flat one I had before. I would buy this again, worth the purchase!
