This set of Fender Locking Tuners Stratocaster features 3 tall post tuners for the wound strings and 3 shorter post tuners for the plain guitar strings. These staggered locking tuners increase the break angle over the nut and improve tuning stability, while the 18:1 gear ratio makes for a finer degree of control for precise string tension. Each right hand guitar tuner is designed to fit most modern-style Fender guitars with dual-pin mounting configuration. Receive all mounting hardware, including bushings and washers. The Fender locking tuners have a shiny chrome polish finish and are ideal for American Ultra, Deluxe, and Elite electric guitar series, along with the Player Plus series. However, the Fender locking tuners do not work on Squier instruments. Its dimensions are 2.15x5.05x9.7 inches and it weighs 0.6lbs

I’m very happy with the relatively quick and easy upgrade. I had no issues swapping these out with the stock tuners. The old tuners were easy to remove and the new ones slid right into place. Strings locked securely in place.

Great locking tuners and better priced here on Amazon than brick and mortar shops. Easy to install and look absolutely great. Fit well in a Duo Sonic.

Después afina a tono.Luego como todo cada uno lo hace como le da la gana, otros encaran para meter las cuerdas, bloquean y cortan a ras. Otros la bloquean y les dan unas vueltas eso ya va a gusto de cada uno.

Dropped in easily on my American strat. Before using these, I could not use my tremolo due to going out of tune. These tuners fixed this issue when I use minimal wrap on the string (1/4 to 1/2 turn of wrap). The guitar now stays in tune when I use the trem. Pay attention there are three tuners with longer posts for the heavy strings.

Just fitted and went on like a dream. Direct fit upgrade over the original non-locking versions. Very simple to operate. Don't over-tighten; there's no need as the string grip is firm with finger tightnessAlso, the turn ratio of 18:1 is better than the non-lockers at 14:1 so more precise tuning available. It's 22 nov so will have to see how tuning stability fares over a while, but that's the main reason I got them; to minimise slippage.Very quick to change strings and tune up though. Not that it takes 4ever anyhoo 😀 but deffo a bonus if u need to at a gig.In addition, I got these for a bargain £35.99 because I already had a gift voucher to apply so happy days.

I bought these for a Leo Jaymz Telecaster DIY kit. The tuners that came with it worked but were bland and cheap looking. I had to work the neck and drill some relief holes as these are held in place by the two divets and fill the screw holes that were pre-drilled for the tuners that were provided. Once that was complete the install took a few minutes, and the final product looks and works great. I'm doing the Strat kit next and will definitely be using these again.

The tuners are sturdy and smooth-turning, and have an overall quality feel to them. I used these to replace the 'historic tuners' on a Fender Players Series II Jaguar I recently purchased, and they dropped in perfectly. A very quick mod, and no extra work required. These are a great value, and will make string changes more frequent and much faster (you won't put off doing them as much!) - and especially handy if you own a fair number of working guitars, as I do. Highly recommended.

Richtig gut!

I have these on 4 Fender strats. They are the best drop-in tuners around for Fender branded guitars. Installation is simple, quick, straightforward. Took less than 15 minutes to remove the old strings and tuners, install these, restring the guitar, tune it, stretch the strings, retune. These are EXACT fit for MIM strats (two pins on the tuning machine). Only tool needed is a 10mm nutdriver/socket.Stability is VERY good. Ease of string change is also a plus. This is probably one of the two best upgrades that can be done to improve tuning stability on a Strat (the other is the nut). For the price these were listed at, this was a bargain. I would not hesitate to install these on any future Strat and I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a MIM strat.Great product, great quality, great price.

Great fender locking tuners, they were staggered height, I was hoping for all the same height. The way they're packed, you wouldn't know until you opened the package. 4 star rating for that. They were a direct drop in for my 2018 MIM strat. You only need a 10mm wrench, strings and clippers to do this in a short amount of time.I did the 123345 stringing method (YOUTUBE IT), with Ernie Ball super Slinky 9's. No extra winding around the post, tuned, stretched the strings, retuned, stretched, retuned, did the intonation and constant retuning there. They're now set and holding very well. I clipped the extra strings close to the posts as my clippers would allow. The pic is of the MIM standard tuners next to the Fender locking tuners. There are plenty of before and after to compare elsewhere, I didnt see many side by side shots and thought it would help others. It will make string changes and tuning easier and faster, they look and feel a lot nicer too. From the top, you do not see any difference, only from the back do you see a big difference. There is a tiny weight difference, nothing noticable on the guitar weight overall. Are they necessary? No. But if you're looking at them, and reading this much you should just do it. IMO it's a great purchase, especially if they're on sale. I got them for 35, and seen them for 42, normal seems to be 50ish. Bought early Dec 2018 for time reference.I won't do the lockers to my 2017 MII squire, I'll put my MIM tuners on the squire instead, that way I can do normal string changes and won't be reliant on lockers all the time. The squire tuners are crap, not fender stamped. You can see and feel a huge difference in the MII and MIM tuners, the MII tuners are crap metal and chrome. They work, but they're cheap and look cheap too. The MIM tuners are fender stamped and comparable finish and feel to the US models. If upgrading for a squire, you will need to drill the 2nd peg holes. What I did was line mine up held loose with a speed square and level, then used a clamp to press them lightly into the wood to make a divet so I knew where to drill. It was very easy. Took me about 15 mins. Just remember your dont drill through, just down a couple millimeters. If you're debating between a MIM and a squire, save up for the MIM, huge difference all the way around.I'm 100% sold on the locking tuners.I HIGHLY recommend them.
