This Anemommeter made analyzing flow much easier when diagnosing large air movement systems.

Works great once you figure out how to properly use the sampling ports with the designated reading type you are working with. The manual does not cover how to properly utilize the sampling ports in accordance with measurement type, We had to call tech support to figure this out. Otherwise the meter works flawlessly with very accurate readings. The battery lasts great and the unit is very durable, especially for the price. After the first one was so successful we purchased two additional units.

Here's my take on this product, and perhaps this is application related. The Manometer functionality of this thing is great. It matches within 1% of the reading of our $5,000 TSI. We just couldn't afford to give all of our engineers a TSI, so we needed a cheaper alternative. The pitot tube, however, is definitely not up to the task, in our application at least. We get repeatable results with two different brands of hotwires in our application, but the pitot readings jump around like crazy when measuring the output of a centrifugal fan well away from stall speeds.I don't regret buying this guy, just wish I didn't have to also carry a hotwire anemometer to verify all my readings.
