Simply put: Excellent ProductI have been using this charger for 7 months. Installation was very easy - I got the hard-wired version to maximize the current capacity (48A).The charger is shipped with 25ft cable which is long enough to reach two vehicles easily.The product is well built and made of high-quality materials. It feels like commercial grade product which is a huge plus.The mobile app, is user friendly and provides useful information about charging.I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email from the owner, reaching out to ensure the product met my expectations. This isn't a common practice these days.Highly Recommend!

Quality unit. Recommended The Eviqo is a well built unit with well thought out instructions making installation a breeze. I'm an electrician and was able to install the 14-50 receptacle to plug the unit into. The Eviqo comes with a 14-50 plug. This allows a 40 amp charge on a 50 amp circuit. You have the option of a 48 amp charge on a 60 amp circuit but will have to hardwire the unit. I like the holster that comes with it so you don't have to wrap the charging cable around the unit. The app connects up effortlessly and is very intuitive. Nice job. I like being able to track the charge cost.

So I wanted to use this product for a while before writing a review.Installation: I had a local electrician install a nema 14-50 plug and the 50 amp circuit in my circuit breaker. Setting up the wall plate and hanging the unit was a breeze.Connectivity: the app is and unit were simple to install in my iPhone. Within the application I can set a schedule, I can track the active current and voltage and when charging the wattage is also available. You can report on the stats over time too. I like being able to configure the amperage, as I normally am not in a rush to charge so set my charger to 32A normally.Durability: nothing about this product feels cheap. The the cable and plugin feel strong and appropriate. I have had zero connectivity problems and no kinks in the thick cable.All in all I’m happy with my purchase.

I bought the charger for my new Vinfast VF8 and have been using it for over a month now. The charger has been performing excellent so far. I got the unit installed outside and the charger has worked without any issues at all in extreme cold conditions, rain and snow.The app is also extremely easy to use. The current can be set from 1 amp to 40 amps by a simple slider on the app. This is very convenient, as you can adjust the charging speed based on the load and requirements. The build quality is also very premium and it is a very well designed and sturdy product, overall.The manufacturer has contacted me a couple of times to know how happy I am with the product and to know if I require any support. They are available 24/7 for any requirements.As a very satisfied user, I definitely recommend this charger to anyone to plans to purchase or replace, and it is a value-for-money product and the performance is excellent.

It is a great product. I had it installed by a licensed electrician and it has been working great. I installed it with the nema switch instead of hardwiring. It has great feature which tells you how much it cost to charge. Ofcourse, you have to set the rate of electricity that you pay. Their app is also very clean and easy to use. I have used for about a month now, so I can say I am satisfied.

We bought the EVIQO EV charger for our new Mach E so we could charge at home and track our charge history / costs. From the minute I opened the box, the quality of this unit was obvious. It was very well packaged, had tech support information right on top, had high quality cables and an awesome rubber coated charge handle.Installation was easy and so was the setup of the app. I plugged in the car and set the schedule to charge at 7pm to take advantage of low electricity rates. Everything worked as expected. It charged at 7pm and all was good until the next day. I have my vehicle set to warm up and precondition in the morning at a specific departure time, but it didn't work. I quickly realized the unit would not allow the car to start another charge session to precondition the car after charging the night before.Disappointed, I emailed EVIQO tech support to see what they suggest or if I setup something wrong. They responded within a few hours and said this was normal, but they could modify the charger firmware to allow multiple charge sessions without have to unplug / plug in the charger again. I could not believe they were willing to do so for my specific issue.Sure enough, within a few days, I noticed the firmware on the EVIQO charger had updated (on the weekend!). I immediately tried scheduling a charge etc again. It charged as expected and the next morning warmed & preconditioned the vehicle!!I cannot say enough about the customer support I received from this company. They don't just make a high quality unit, they stand behind their product and go above and beyond to make sure it works as expected.Do not hesitate to buy this product.

1/20/2025 UpdateI would add another star if I could. Flawless operation throughout this cold snap we are in (overnight temperatures below 0°F)To be really honest I hardly think about the charger anymore. The light looks cool in a dark garage but the only reminder is the notification I get when my wife plugs in her car. I can't ask for more than a device that does the job quietly. So a reaffirmed 5/59/24/2024 Initial ReviewThe best part: 25' charging cable! I installed mine in my garage and can charge the car there or in the driveway. Many of these chargers come with much shorter cables - this is better.InstallationVery easy. I went with the hard wire and as shown in the pictures I made my own whip per the instructions. Things to mention *not applicable for plug in version.3/4" Trade size liquid tight conduit meets NEC code and fits the connector on the charger perfectly.The ring terminals specified (#8/M4) are not common (for 6AWG THHN) but I found them on DigiKey made by Molex and UL certified. You will need the proper crimper if you go this route which are available here.*applicable for all modelsThe templates included were accurate and useful. The included fasteners were of excellent quality and the holster is very well designed and accommodates the whole cable as shown in the pictures.As far as charging -Consistently delivers 47-48 Amps. The app is intuitive, includes a dark mode, and gives an accurate cost estimate if you put your rates in. the only feature I wish it had at present is a soft reset.The device is secured to the wall using security torx bits and comes with an allen style key that works. I had the right bit on hand which saved a lot of frustration. They also included an extra one which was a nice touch.All in all I think this is a great Level 2 charger with an energy star rating (I am a DTE customer and the energy star was the requirement for the rebate)

The aesthetics of the charger are very pleasing being clean looking and thoughtfully designed. The App is very well thought through, too, and very easy and fast to get connected to the home internet. The ability to see how much energy and cost it takes to charge our car is extremely useful as is the accompanying ability to set electricity rates to generate those costs. The installation of the charger was very straight-forward, taking very little time to complete. Once I plugged in the car to see how everything worked there was nothing but success both with the charger and the app. My satisfaction with both service and product is very high. Excellent customer service! I recommend this product unreservedly!

Purchased to charge my f150 lightning , hardwired to deliver 48 amps. Well built simple app , looks good modern look ,charges as advertised, highly recommended . Three year warranty .
