Instant coffee machine

  • No, our machine isn't suitable for espresso pods. Please use freshly ground coffee with it.

  • 1. Please make sure the water tank is placed correctly.

    2. For first time use, please follow the user guide.

    3. When the water tank is empty and refill the tank, please release steam for 5-10 seconds before using the brewing function normally.

  • If your coffee doesn’t taste hot enough, it may be caused by not running a pre-heating cycle before brewing. Please try pre-heating the brew head, tubes, portafilter, and your mug by brewing a double espresso without adding any ground coffee.

  • 1.Use cold whole milk.

    2.Please don't insert the steam wand deep into the milk. To achieve the best frothing result, insert the steam wand in the milk, just blew the surface.

    3.Please keep the steam wand at a 30-60° angle to the surface of the milk.

  • Not recommended. The machine is brewing coffee but no water in the water tank. when you refill the tank and brew, no coffee will come out.

    You need to use the steam wand to spray out steam for 5-10 seconds before brewing coffee again.

For a coffee lover like myself, I drink coffee everyday. This coffee maker is the perfect for my needs. The brew is much more flavorful and stronger than other coffee I drank before and can be served cold or hot. Furthermore, It has a cup warmer and a steam frother, making cafe level coffee inn minutes. Cleaning it is also very easy. This is by far the best coffee maker out there, being affordable and functional, and I highly recommend to to all fellow coffee lovers.
