Product Description
INSERT
Choose either the capsule adapter or the coffee powder adapter, and insert it into the portafilter.
SCREW
Screw the portafilter tightly onto the coffee maker.
POUR
Add 50-80ml of hot or cold water to the tank.
PRESS
- Press twice for hot water extraction.
- Press and hold for 2 seconds to heat cold water and extract.

Update: the company, Brevoy, sent me a new shrink-wrapped unit, to replace the nasty used unit I previously returned to Amazon. I really like this espresso maker. It tastes great with both pods and packing your own shots! I cannot wait to travel with it!Previously:I received a dirty, used unit. It had water/coffee stains on most of the parts. I know it is probably a good machine, but I am returning this. It is gross. See photos.

This BREVOY Electric Portable Espresso Machine is a great little device. It arrived in very nice packaging and included all the accessories needed to start brewing espresso right out of the box. While it is only compatible with Nespresso pods (which are slightly more expensive than Keurig pods), it also comes with both a single and double-shot basket for coffee grounds.The machine is well-built, with a solid weight and a size similar to a standard tumbler. Its built-in battery makes it perfect for hiking or camping trips. Since it’s powered by this battery, you can brew several cups of espresso before needing to recharge. For optimal charging speed, it's recommended to use a 5V, 3A charger. However, a standard 5V, 2A charger will work as well, though it will charge more slowly.Though it’s perfect for outdoor adventures, I actually got this machine for my wife, who has been complaining about the quality of the coffee at her company and the office coffee machine. This little espresso maker is a great alternative, as she can store and lock it in her desk drawer. When needed, she can brew her own coffee/espresso without having to visit the break room. She loves the convenience of having her own espresso coffee machine, and it’s pretty quick—brewing a drink in around 4-5 minutes.Overall, this is a fantastic espresso machine that my wife loves. Unfortunately, I didn’t get to use it much since it was given to her for use at work. She mentioned that several of her coworkers have inquired about the machine since she started using it. Regardless, she loves it and only commented that it would be nice if it came with a storage case. Surprisingly I did a quick search and found that Brevoy offers a protective case for around $40, as well as replacement coffee filter baskets. I ended up ordering the case, along with a better distribution tool, since the tiny one included isn’t very effective.

I have a nespresso at home and that is how I have my daily mocha latte. Now I can have the same thing when we're traveling too. I've only made one so far as a test, but it worked just as described with a lovely crema top on it. It tasted just like the one from the nespresso machine. So simple to pop in a nespresso pod and get an espresso shot within minutes out of this wireless battery powered machine. The styling is very nice and the directions are easy to understand. Cleanup using the nespresso pod is also super easy. I haven't tried using grounds yet, but that may be easier when traveling than bringing nespresso pods without crushing them. The price at $130 is reasonable and comparable for the espresso maker that can travel with you. Very happy with this order.

I ordered BREVOY Electric Portable Espresso Machine. I love this little machine so much! I wanted to support them when they were on Kickstarter, so I am happy I was able to grab this and review it. I have used this around 20x before reviewing. I love the option for the original nespresso capsules as well as (2) types of sizes for ground coffee.The inside of the water reservoir has marking for ml, but I do wish they were etched a little deeper or at least colored as its a little hard to find the markings for min and max.So this is user error on my part as I have only used hot water, but the battery was draining quicker than the description said. Well, I was pressing and holding (doing this is only for cold water) and on a full charge its around 6-7cups. I was supposed to be pressing it twice when you pour hot water! this doesnt drain the battery and cause the device to heat up already heated water. The battery is definitely lasting longer.Its so easy to use and it produces such a nice crema. Easy to clean! I do wish that it came with a carrying pouch/case/bag whatever. It would be nice to keep it all intact and protected.I carry this to the office and am brewing up espresso, i love it!There is a little reserve of water left in the reservoir, but I think that might be normal and expected as to not burn the area with heat from heating the water? not sure, but its not a big deal and its such a minimal amount of water.This is becoming one of my favourite appliances! I do want to point out that while on the page, there are a few FAQs and one of them was "can you use this while charging?" and the answer was No. However, I just brewed a coffee this morning while charging- didnt mean to, but it worked! Also this charged faster to a full charge then what was stated- I understand that depends on the charging cable, but mine did fully charge within 2hrs.

This is the second brevoy I have purchased now, the first unit produced a very good tasting coffee for the first week or so, after this period the screw in Nespresso capsule pods were not been pierced by the machine it did not matter how tightly I tightened the capsule it was not getting pierced, so thinking it was a faulty unit, so returned the unit Amazon and repurchased this was delivered yesterday 18th Dec 24 and straight out of the box it does not pierce the coffee capsules I have inserted 8 different brand of capsules and non get pierced So this has to be a fault with the unit or batch of brevoy units. I am also not impressed that contacting brevoy direct sending an email about my first unit to which I had no response and sending a 2nd email/message from the web site directly again, let's hope they respond. In the meantime I'm in the process of returning the 2nd brevoy....... Not Happy

Works very well and every time I get a great coffee. Only used Nespresso pods so far but am sure ground coffee will be fine. There is nothing easier than putting in the pod. Press the only button for 2 seconds and within a few minutes steaming hot coffee in the cup.Totally recommend this for any coffee love or gadget lover. If you love both definitely on a winner. Also read the other reviews in particular the vine ones. Nothing bad to say here.
