The AEQ72909603 Refrigerator Ice Maker creates ice for your refrigerator. Using water from the inlet valve, the ice maker creates ice cubes that are ejected from the mold into the ice bucket. If an ice maker becomes old or worn out, it might need to be replaced. Your ice maker may need to be replaced if:
- The ice maker is no longer making ice
- The ice maker does not turn off

It was easy to install and worked great for 6 months. Then the plastic lever piece stripped out and it quit making ice. I messaged the seller 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back. It's supposed to have a 1 yr warranty, but here I am with no ice.
