Cumple con las expectativas, muy funcional y ayuda mucho ya que las nuevas PC ya no cuentan con lectores de disco.

I’m giving this multi-functional DVD player five stars, even though it failed to play a Blu Ray DVD disc - a full-length movie (“Saving Private Ryan”). Despite this, the device was flawless in all other aspects & performs better than any other player I’ve used in the past couple of years.I plugged this drive into my Samsung Galaxy Book3 Ultra and it worked immediately. The included instructions say that “Driver installation will commence immediately” - and I guess it did because the device immediately showed up on Windows File Explorer - but it did not install a Windows “shortcut” icon on the main screen as the instructions said it would..How it worked with various media:– DVD (regular disc) - the device immediately played a DVD disc from “The Learning Company” that is about a half-hour long. No problems.– DVD disc feature movie - the player seemed to download this 2 hour movie but I was unable to get it to actually play the movie. I downloaded a couple of media player software programs (in addition to the native “Media Player” that comes with Windows) but none would work. I’m guessing that it’s just too much for this little device. There is a suggestion from the software to upgrade to a more powerful app - which I may do someday - but I’m guessing most folks don’t use DVD discs much anymore.– Burning files to discs - worked fine with no issues.– USB reader - no issues - read files quickly.– CD - read previous info (mostly family photos) quickly with little lag.– Thumb drive - easily plugged into device and loaded info.– Micro & regular SD cards - worked fine.Overall, this is a great external drive. Except for playing a full-length DVD movie, it performed very well with all other media (and I may contact ENB Support to see if they have suggestions to play the full-length movie). It would be a great accessory for anyone who regularly uses a laptop especially for anyone needing an external storage device.

In an age where cloud storage and fast internet have taken center stage, physical media like CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays often seem like relics of the past. But let’s face it, these “old school” storage mediums are far from obsolete. Whether it’s archived photos, videos, or cherished backups sitting in your closet, having a reliable way to access them is invaluable. That’s not all, this is a powerhouse of convenience. With built-in dual USB 3.0 and Type-C ports, alongside MicroSD and TF card slots, it’s more than just an optical drive, it’s a multi-functional hub.In a world where many laptops have dropped the CD-ROM drive altogether, this external drive is a fantastic investment. It’s reliable, versatile, and a great way to ensure your memories and backups don’t get lost in the shuffle of ever evolving technology.
