I ordered the product it didn't work at all. I followed the directions on the downloading of the product the activation key didn't work. I called the company based in Seattle there was a recording to direct me to create a ticket I did this they responded with useless information. I contacted Amazon customer service still no help. I was contacted again by the company followed there instructions as directed the product does not work. I have pretty much decided this company emedia is a bunch of thief's. They have no customer service and don't care.
