I received an installation code with instructions. I tried to install the software on my laptop several times. I contacted Sibelius help desk to get some guidance. Unlike most companies I've sought help on their product, no phone or chat was available by Sibelius. Sibelius sent me emails to try a fix the problem, but none worked. I decided to request a refund because clearly there is something wrong with the product. I got a return mail label from Amazon and placed the paper with the pin and instructions. Instead of getting my credit charge reversed for $649 I got a $50 credit. Beware of buying software from Amazon. They apparently don't stand behind all products they sell.

I was very disappointed with your customer service. While installing the program the sound files ended up in a strange file on my computer. There were ZERO instructions stating where each download should go. It took me 4 plus hours to get any sound out of the program. You need to work on this.
