After using this chair for several weeks, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase. The comfort level is exceptional, making those long work hours much more bearable. The back support deserves special mention - it provides excellent lumbar support without feeling too firm or intrusive.One of my favorite features is the footrest, which allows for multiple sitting positions throughout the day. It's sturdy and positions at just the right height for me.Customer service from the seller has been outstanding. When I mentioned I needed some adjustments, they promptly sent different style wheels and a smaller cylinder to better fit my setup. They did warn that replacing the cylinder becomes difficult after extended use, which I found to be accurate - but their transparency about this was appreciated.The white upholstery looks elegant and has proven surprisingly easy to keep clean. The padding is generous without making the chair feel bulky, and all the adjustment mechanisms work smoothly.For anyone spending extended hours at a desk, I highly recommend this chair. It strikes the perfect balance between comfort and support, and the responsive seller makes the whole experience even better.

I just got my chair a couple of hours ago . It was very easy to put together very straightforward instructions . It's very comfortable. I'm 6 ft 4 235ish at first I thought that the footrest was not going to work but then I figured out how it works and it's not bad . I'm sitting at it now watching Shameless on my monitor . It's pretty comfortable nice and roomy and it feels sturdy . I also really like the color green I think it's nice . I'll be sitting here watching Shameless if I notice anything I will update my review but so far the chair is definitely worth the money.

Listen, this isn’t some $1200 premium chair. You’re paying $300 for a chair, and you’re getting $300 worth of chair. It does, however, meet 100% of my expectations for that price. But for me it excels in the butt cushion. I’m a 6’2, 260lb white guy with absolutely no junk in the trunk. Regular, more expensive chairs numb my derrière after an hour. I work from home and have had no issues sitting in this chair for an entire 8 hour work day and beyond if I’m playing PC games after work. It is sturdy, cushy, and feels luxurious where it matters. It was easy to put together, and even looks like an expensive premium chair.Additionally, the seller is amazing. I’ve had to communicate with them over Amazon messaging for a couple different things and they have been incredibly friendly and willing to work with me. They stand by this product so much that even if a piece is defective, they’ll make it right.Not only would I buy this exact same chair again, but I’d trust almost any product from this seller.PS, i was not paid to say any of this. I’m legitimately just a super satisfied customer.

________UPDATE:I have now had the chair for 6 months, and the structure remains solid. It is still comfortable, moves effortlessly between workstations, and is still in good overall shape. The seat is not flat (like some of the other reviewers have mentioned) and the material still looks fantastic. Shortly after writing the original review, I reached out to the company about the rubber washer issue I was having, as it caused the footrest to slide out randomly, and they happily sent me the replacements. Twice, actually. But the replacement washers were eventually lost as well, so there's that.But as far as the rest of the chair goes, there is a problem: the foot rest is now broken. The bolts that hold the bracket to the underside of the seat just came loose and fell out, with no way to fix it for the time being, so now the foot rest is nothing more than a bulky and cumbersome paperweight and I am back to using a separate footstool.I say this in frustration, because one of the reasons I got this chair was for not only the sturdiness and the reclining features, but also for the ability to raise my feet up, as the majority of my day is spent on this chair.Needless to say, I am disappointed.Unfortunately, I think that this is an ongoing and inherent flaw in the design of sturdy office/gaming chairs with this feature- that without any additional (and bulky) hardware (like what a La-Z-Boy has, for example) they simply can't do what they say they can do. Well, not for very long, anyway.So be advised- the footrest option, if you use it regularly, has a lifespan of 6 months. The chair itself, though, is quite comfortable, and continues to work well for me.______________Original Review:I did a lot of research before buying a chair for my home office. I had bought gaming chairs in the past, only to find that they were poorly made and wore out in less than a year.So far, though, this chair doesn't disappoint. It is comfortable, really sturdy, and has enough features that I can adjust myself several times throughout the day without any problems.A bonus is that it looks really expensive without the price tag. My family was impressed, and my brother and father are considering buying one for themselves now.The only issue I have had is that the rubber "gaskets" on the footrest legs didn't stay on for more than a week. Not a deal breaker, though; I just have to be aware how far out I pull it, or it comes all the way out and then I have to reach down to put it back in. This can be annoying, especially if I am in a hurry to get something done, but frankly I am just really happy to find a chair that supports my plus size legs and frame like it was made for me.A suggestion to the company would be to include an extra set or two of these washers with the assembly.
