-easy to build (definitely make sure everything is screwed and tight as possible)-perfect size for med/large man like myself-leather is nice-both cozy and good upright posture position too.- wheels are standard office chair wheels but can easily upgrade someday.- black looks great.

My studio work chair needed replacing. This provides firm support and the arms are great for helping me stand.

- Incredibly comfortable. Feelings like sitting on a couch- Deep seat depth supports under your legs very nicely, almost all the way to my knee.- Lumbar support is good, without pushing too far in.- Arm rests are low, which allows my shoulders to fully relax while still having my elbows supported. This is a HUGE win compared to other chairs, even those with adjustable arm rest heights. That said, make sure your desk is about ~27 inches or lower so that you don't place too much pressure on your wrists leaning against the desk- Reclines really far backOnly negative was that the curvature of the back metal oval that holds up the uppermost backrest was too curved. It felt like I was being pushed over when I sat. I had to jump on it with a piece of plywood on top to flatten it out a bit, but once I did, the chair is a dream.

For the price, this is a great office chair. Very easy to assemble in less than 30 min. Just be sure to notice the arrows that indicate the direction the seat faces so that you place the adjustor on the bottom of the seat in the correct direction. (There are no notes is the assembly instructions on these arrows.)The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. I’ve only had it two weeks, but it feels sturdy. It can tilt way back and the tilt tension works great. I love this chair! Perfect for a big guy.

Let this experience be a lesson to me... never, ever buy an office chair online again. As others have stated, the arms were not the same height. The back support was eh. The chair was otherwise comfy and looked great, so I was willing to put up with uneven arms and so-so back support. Also, the thought of returning it was not appealing.Fast forward to the second day I used the chair... I sat down and slowly sank down like I had sat in quicksand. The seat's hydraulic gas lift had failed. I contacted the seller who asked if I would try replacing the hydraulic. I figured I'd give it a try but once that hydraulic piece is in and has been sat on, good luck getting it out. I couldn't do it so I had no choice but to return the chair. And that's when the real fun began. Since I was unable to completely unassemble the chair, it wouldn't fit into the original box. In hindsight, I should have taken a saw to it but I digress. I took the chair to UPS and had them box it up, which cost me $27 and change. I was confident that Amazon's A to Z policy would ensure a refund of the UPS boxing costs, but I was wrong. My claim was denied and the seller refused to refund the UPS boxing costs. So... this fiasco wound up costing me $27+, and I have nothing to show for it except a few bucks added to the swear jar. And for those who are wondering, I am wayyyyy below the maximum weight limit for this chair.Simply put... don't do it. Just don't. If you receive a defective chair, returning it will not be easy and the seller will try to talk you out of it. For this item, buy local.

Beautiful! Bought two for our shared home office. I’m 5’2 and husband is 5’11 and we both find them very comfy. Supports lower back and I’m short enough to use head rest. Easy assembly. Material is beautiful, I’m hoping it holds up and does not crack.

I love this chair. It's super comfortable and my posture is so much better in it. It was worth the investment and it looks so nice and expensive. It wasn't too hard to put together either. Would definitely recommend.

I love the way this chair looks, and it’s really comfortable. The only downside is that it’s kinda squeaky when you move, so it sounds like you are farting on zoom calls sometimes.

I sit at my desk quite often and decided it was time to buy a proper office chair. I found this chair to be quite handsome, and the suede material was appealing. I was not looking forward to the shipping time, however, after some hesitation, I decided to go through with the purchase. To my surprise, the chair arrived earlier than expected. Assembling the chair took me longer than it needed to (mostly my fault, I'm the type to ignore directions) because I mixed up some screws/washers during their installation, as they were unlabeled and bunched together in one bag. Before you begin assembling, I recommend taking a minute to identify and separate the different screws and washers. Otherwise, the assembly itself was pretty straightforward and should only take a few minutes. After assembly, I noticed the orange thread in the left armrest had some loose stitching. I messaged the seller about a replacement and got a response within the day to contact their after-sales team. Without hesitation, they shipped a new armrest replacement, never asking about returning the defective armrest. Today, I have received the new armrest, and now the chair is flawless. As for the chair itself: It looks as advertised and the suede material is soft & warm, as advertised. It is very cozy and certainly could comfortably seat a, shall we say, "horizontally" challenged person. In fact, when I sit in it, I almost feel compelled to gain weight to make the most use of it. It's worth noting that the chair did begin to squeak after a few days, however, a tiny bit of WD-40 applied to the underside silenced it (see image). My only complaint, and it is a mild one, is the sharpness of the bend at the wheels, but this is only because I know I will eventually stub my foot onto it without thinking, a testament to my clumsiness if anything. To anyone who is considering purchasing this item, know that this seller has a quality product with quality customer service. I am glad I made this purchase.
