If you are spending time at your desk this chair is comfortable and functional. We purchased in white and it looks great. The material allows air flow so you aren't sweating in the chair during the heat of the summer. Great adjustments for making it as comfortable as possible.

We've been using the Neo office chair for two years now, and every mechanism still works flawlessly. It arrived with all the necessary tools and instructions, making assembly a breeze - my husband had it ready in about 20 minutes. The seat cushion is very comfortable and has held up impressively well, even with regular use. The ergonomic back provides great support, making it comfortable to sit in all day, and the wheels glide smoothly across the floor. My favorite feature is the adjustable armrests, which can be raised to fit perfectly under my desk, no matter how high I set the seat.

Short term use only. i doubt this cushion would get me halfway thru a work day and definitely not for someone over 160lbs. comfy for short term desk work and has good flexibikity and control for recline tipping. You get what u pay for and in this case i wasnt going for top of the line. thr rest of it, frame and wheels, piston all good for the money and will hold up to its intended purpose at a study or writing desk.

Love this office chair, it's cute , cofy, prefect for small places, and tje color is so cute. It's very easy to roll all over my office or house. It's easy to install it.

This chair checks off all the boxes in what I look for in an office chair.- Comfortable: consistently comfortable for 8+ hour days- Adjustable: height and backrest are adjustable; the armrest flips up- Moves Easily: smooth swivel and wheels, can be tilted backwards- Lumbar Support: mesh back that gives proper support and relieves pressure- Size: seat is sufficiently deep and wide enough, backrest is tall enough- Durable: well made and easy to put together, feels sturdyIt’s also worth mentioning that I lost one of the bolts during assembly by accident. The NEO CHAIR customer service team responded within a day and sent me a replacement bolt kit which arrived as quickly as the chair did. Impressive customer care, I will be a returning customer.

I purchased the white/grey version back in June 2023 due to the good reviews. Although assembly was straightforward, the pieces did not align properly, making it challenging to put the chair together. The chair also was dirty out of the box, indicating it may have been used. I reached out to Neo Chair with images of the dirty sections and they responded very quickly and partially refunded me. Honestly, this chair is pretty good in terms of back support with the lumbar section. The arm and seat cushion are great and I can sit for for hours straight. The wheels and the chair was generally quite squeaky when I moved around, which annoyed me. However, this chair has recently, after 5 months, started to slowly disassemble itself. The chair does not stay at the height that I set it to; after a few hours of sitting on the chair, it would sink to the lowest level. But moreover, the screws are not staying put and three of the screws have fallen out in the last two days, and now the chair is wobbly. For context, I weigh 120 pounds. Honestly, good chair but does not last long.
