Comfortable. After sitting regularly on this chair for the last few weeks, I've had zero soreness or muscle issues. It's got great neck, back and lumbar support. The cushion itself is thick but firm, you'll be able to sit comfortably for long periods of time. We were able to put it together in just 15-20 minutes, simple instructions, all necessary parts included. The price is really reasonable for this form of chair, which is why my review is five stars, however it's clear that the material quality a bit lacking. The plastic feels cheap so I'm not entirely sure how long it will last.

I was looking for something that the arms fold up on as my desk is really low. This chair is pretty comfortable and works like it says. Not the highest quality and came with some chips on the back black part but not to big of a deal, covered it with some stickers.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a teenager and he likes it better than the original gaming chair I bought him 2 years ago. This chair offers better support overall especially lumbar support. Would recommend this over the big cushion gaming chairs if you're looking for a good gaming chair. It was easy enough for a 13 year old to assemble, it's great quality and he likes the 2 colors.

I have just finished the simple straightforward assembly, and intend to update this review once I've used the chair for a while. Surprisingly impressed with how little waste material there was in the packaging -- no styrofoam; lots of thin film plastic bags, some of which I'll be able to reuse and the rest recycle. Material quality seems maybe a little low for the regular price, but fine for the sale I got it on. We will see how it holds up.The seat cushion is quite firm and I think I'll need a soft pad, but that's not necessarily a negative for everyone, as the support feels good.Note that the lumbar support, while technically adjustable, only swivels a little and can't be lifted up to where I feel like I need it.

I got this for my 18 year old son for Christmas when putting it together, the holes for the screws did not line up and it took two hours to get it together. The plastic that connects the head rest to the rest of the chair is thin and has already snapped off so now there is not head rest and just a sharp piece of plastic sticking up . He was not being rough, he just sat back and it broke clean at the plastic. I would like to return it for a new one but I no long have the box or packaging

I had several back surgeries in the past year so I needed an office chair for my home office which would take some strain off my back. So when I saw this chair I immediately ordered it because of its sleek design. When I put it together and sat down in it, my immediate reaction was it’s uncomfortable. As I continued to use it , I noticed it was off balanced and the frame was bent and I only had the chair for 2 weeks.
