I tried several high-end chairs that cost twice as much, and honestly, this one is just as good, if not better. Product arrived on time and was in excellent condition!Unboxing was very simple and allowed for all of the parts to be laid out with ease. All of the parts were in new condition when received - and very apparent the packaging was designed wisely for ensuring the protection of all parts. The parts are made from strong, quality materials - and genuinely believe this product will stand the test of time.I will submit the assembly instructions could be a little bit clearer, but in fairness, I was still able to figure things out with little difficulty. Total time to assemble was probably no more than twenty minutes. In particular, I did appreciate the inclusion of the Allen Wrench - which also has a very sturdy handle - to assemble the chair.The chair itself is extremely comfortable, with the lumbar support in just the right place. After about three weeks of sitting in this chair, I can easily say this is the most comfortable office chair I've ever sat in. And, frankly, that's saying something having worked in technology jobs for the last twenty-five years where the majority of my time is spent sitting at a computer.Absolutely would recommend this chair to absolutely anyone - especially those individuals who, like me, spend large amounts of time sitting at a desk or table! Would give this chair more than five stars if I could!

This chair is incredibly comfortable and well-designed. The mesh back and seat keep you cool, and the adjustable armrests and lumbar support make it easy to find the perfect position. The wheels glide smoothly, which is a nice touch.Good to mention that assembling it alone can be a bit challenging—some parts would be easier with an extra set of hands like when you connect seat to the spinal part.
