I have several equipment racks in my recording studio (Pro not home). I need to add a couple of rack mounted synths to one and two digital sound effects units. To my FX rack. These are good quality screws. I would not hesitate to recommend them.I trust them to hold some very expensive gear in place. They do the job swimmingly well. I have a very heavy Perrault power amp on the bottom of my power amp rack. It weighs in around 80-90 Lbs. The screws have not yield one bit.Buy them, use them, and create great music knowing that your rack mount gear is safe and secure.

I bought this pack of ECHOGEAR Rack Mount Screws along with my server rack and I'm glad I did. It's definitely worth getting all the compatible parts to ensure a secure installation.These screws feel super sturdy and provide a solid connection between the rack and its components. The included washers also help distribute the weight evenly, making it difficult for anything to come loose.

These are the best rackmount screws I have used since H/P became Agilent became . . . Good rack screws need several features to be truly useful:1. Well formed, clean threads of the proper size2. Undercut entry of starting threads for easy install3. Integral washer (plastic) avoids scratching the panels and damps vibrationThere is a reason these cost more and they are worth it. Highly recommended as "Best in Class."
