All metal rack is made of thick material, strong enough to handle a full battery backup, switches, shelf, and patch panels. Easy to assemble with included hardware and tool, light enough for one person to install. Fits true to standard rack width equipment with cage nuts and screws, in width and depth, as expected for a wall mount rack. The function to swing the front open from either side is built in, while the solid construction keeps the frame strong regardless of how you pivot the frame. Looks larger and better made than comparable small open frame designs. An excellent value in quality, design, and function.

Was delivered in a box that was not damaged but multiple pieces of metal had to be bent back into place before I could put rack together. Metal is solid but mishandled prior to packaging and shipping.

The instructions were crap. It takes a few minutes to look at the parts and figure out what the screws and nuts are meant for. Would have been so simple to add that information to the diagram sheet. The actual rack is sturdy, yet there's so much hanging off the front, I'm going to add L bracket supports. I really like that it has bidirectional door because my space is so tight, I can now just swing open the door and work on the back of the panels. The door latches can be tucked inside the framework but I put mine like this so I could access them easily. There's spring loaded. One of the washers that holds the spring came off and it was difficult to get back in, but it's worked great now.

This server rack is actually serves my video surveillance equipment mounting needs perfectly. With shelves (purchased separately) installed, it houses not only my DVR, but POE switch, cabling, and UPS seamlessly with open ventilation allowing me to try out some different additional cooling strategies, but still keeping things grouped, accessible, and breathing. It came very well packaged with each piece individually wrapped and/or protected and the metal had no dings, paint chips, or over/underspray to any the pieces. Assembly was fairly easy despite the basic instructions, and I'm already considering additional racks to house the AV equipment in the mancave as these are perfect for that as well.

We've been wiring out my buddy's house in the NC mountains. We're using a bunch of rack mount stuff he and I retired from our personal networks. Currently, everything is sitting in a pile on a desk. Yeah, it eats me up every time I look at it.I got the 9U rack and it works perfectly. We have 1U UPS, switch, two patch panels. I added a 2U shelf for the router and desktop NAS. Mounted into wooden studs, the rack is solid, easy to assemble, and quality seems very good. There was one tiny place where the powder coating was scratched, but I think that was my fault. I hit it with touch up paint and you'd never know the difference. We're not using the swing out portion, but its nice to know its there if we need it. With 50 pounds of equipment there is no sag at all.

This is a solid networking equipment rack. I have my patch panels, switches, firewall, and KVM switch installed and it all fits well and looks great. It was easy to put together and is strong and stable when attached to the wall. Everything was easy to assemble and came with square nuts fixtures so it was easy to install devices without any struggle. It could not have been easier.I only had one thing that I did not really like. If you look at the attached photo you can see where there is a slot that contains the part to lift the pin out of the hole and swing open the door. If you turn it then it can go completely through the slot and if there is equipment on the other side then it is hard to recover. The horizontal portion should be slightly longer so it will not go through the hole. I wrapped a piece of black electrical tape around it and then placed a quarter inch diameter spacer onto the end to make it long enough that it will not slide into the hole by accident and that works fine.Other than that one small issue, which was easy enough to work around, it is perfect. The vertical and horizontal distances are prefect and everything fit perfectly. I would recommend it to others, especially at such a great price.
