I wanted to make stuffed dumplings but I am not great at making them by hand. Too much fuss overall.But these make it easy to cut dough the right size, place in the press, add ingredients, and press out the dumpling. The ingredients stay in. I am now getting more ideas on what to try. I have started to use them in the air fryer and now it is even easier to make these. I am a lazy cook so this makes my day.

I love good Chinese food and when I saw these, we had to try them out. They are super easy to use; just make your filling and prepare the wrappers or dough while the filling is cooling, cut the wrapper/dough to the correct size using the cutter, add a spoon of filling and use the molder to create the dumpling. Then cook using your desired method.

Words cannot describe how much I love this dumpling maker! The pre-cut stencils make it so easy to roll out biscuit dough or precut pie crust and get the circles you need. I used it to make pizza empanadas (pepperoni and cheese) in my air fryer and they came out perfect! You need to hand wash them so while cleaning may not be as easy as throwing them into the dishwasher, it is worth it for the goodies you can make.

Great kit! We've been making tons of empanadas and dumplings and this kit helps a ton. The rings are properly sized for the molds and the molds seal easily. I don't know how to properly use the "ingredient stick" but an ordinary tablespoon works fine. They haven't had any problems in the dishwasher.If you make dumplings, get this kit and make them easier! And if you don't make dumplings, this is a great way to learn!

Good product. Design improvement in my mind would be to have it trim on fold and lose the rings.

This dumpling/empanada making kit is so quick and easy to use. I have only used it to make blueberry turnovers so far, but they came out looking perfect. Using the ring cutter and press mold is so much easier and faster than making them by hand. I used homemade pie crust and it didn’t stick to the press mold at all. I plan on making empanadas next. Everything is easy to clean.

I love that this set comes with all the tools you need to make dumplings aside from the rolling pin and a pot. The plastic molds and the metal cutters washed well on the top rack of our dishwasher with no issues. The scoop is kinda funny as it is essentially just a metal stick, I personally find a spoon more useful for filling the dumplings. I do wish the product came with a good dough recipe and instructions on proper use, but it's not hard to find those things on the internet. This is a great gadget to have in the kitchen, especially for a pasta lover.

I really only needed the medium sized empanada maker but it is nice to have different sized presses to use when you get other ideas. I've started to make my own hand pies using pie dough and the large press, with a variety of fruit in the middle. My next adventure is to see if I can use some pizza dough and make pocket pizza. They're made of plastic, and come with rings to cut out circular dough for each size press. Overall, I'm getting more use out of these since there are lots of food you can put inside of a variety of dough. A set to have in your kitchen!
