This cable didn't work for us, and after much troubleshooting, we determined that the cable was defective.Putting the old cable in place, our machine worked again. Be careful because the return window is very short on this product. If you have any problems, suspect this cable first...not your connections.

I had to modify cord by shaving a little off the one end, but the cord did not work. Piece of junk. Ordered a new cord from a different seller. This is a garbage overseas piece of crap !!!!.
