This mat does really work as far as being non slippery, the drum set stays in place no problem, it is large enough to fit mine, the issue are the creases, it does bother me that it doesn't stay flat, I tried ironing it but that was not enough, I wish it would have come rolled up instead of folded, that is why I took one star off.

Being a total amateur I was using an old bathroom rug under my high hat as that was the part of my drumset that tended to slip around the most. This pad is perfect and now everything stays put!

This is a really nice drum pad. It's a fabric mat with a decent amount of padding and has little half beads on the bottom to prevent slippage. It's thick enough to protect the drum set or whatever else you may want to place on it.

The Rug does precisely what its meant to. It helps keep the kit in place and looks good overall. The material feels a little cheap, but other than that excellent drum rug.

As others have stated, this product comes folded. I tried the iron recommendation but it did little to help. This would likely be a good exercise mat. I had hoped the fabric would work with Velcro but it does not. If you plan on using a kick block it will not work.That said, it is fairly thick and durable. The bottom has slip resistant rubber. For the price, not bad. Just not what I needed.

This rug looked good in the promotional pictures. However it is much lighter and thinner than expected. I’ve had it a for month, and the creases from the shipping haven’t settled.Did try ironing as suggested, but it didn’t help. Somewhat disappointing.
