Product has held up very well from an abuse from a nine year-old. Very well constructed. Easy to vacuum and clean. Product works well for hardwood floors has excellent grip to stay in place. Would definitely recommend and would purchase again.

doesn't work well if you have hardwood floors - it doesn't have much "grippiness". It is lightweight thin enough that your drum pedal's spikes might drive through it.

Was folded for shipping. Many folds stay . My cat loves scratching. His hair also loves it. A no for me

This drum rug isn’t too bad for beginners. I ordered it for my son to keep his electronic set from sliding around, and so far, it’s done its job.The quality is pretty good. The padding is thick enough to keep his set in place and I haven’t noticed any issues with the materials or stitching. We’ve had it set up for a couple of weeks now and all the creases are gone. The only downside is that the material does not grab the velcro on his bass pedal. I’m hoping that adding a strip on both the rug and the pedal will fix this. In the end, this rug looks nice and is a great budget option for a beginner. Would recommend!

This isn't the mat I use for gigs, for that I have one of the "name brand" drum mats, but for my home, this works just fine so far, after having it in place for about a week. It came folded, so the folds still show and make the surface somewhat uneven, which is worth about a half a star reduction for me. The other issue (half star) is that the surface is not as conducive to taking Velcro as other mats. The Velcro (on the bottom of some of my pedals, for instance) will make a slight adherence to the material, but it's not a strong bond. That being said, so far I haven't dealt with any pedal or bass drum creep, so I guess it's enough. The mat is large enough for my entire kit and stands (I am using an Alesis electronic kit, FYI), with my throne hanging off the back. The edges are stitched well and seem like they will hold up. The surface is solid black, so looks cool but shows everything. Lots of "beater dust" and stick chips, but I'm sure it could be easily vacuumed. Oddly, the display side is plain but the floor side features a kind of pretty floral pattern, made of the tiny non-stick nubs that keep it from sliding. For around half the price of the bigger name drum mats, I think this is an excellent choice for a hobbyist or second mat, who needs something for uncarpeted floors. I can't speak to how it would look or perform on carpet, but on laminate wood floors, it stays in place and looks great!

I ordered this Hossmily Drum Rug, 3.9Ft x 5.2Ft Drum Mat, Electrical Drum Carpet Soundproof Rug Pads Drum Accessories for Electric Drums Jazz Drum Set Great Gift for Drummers to protect my hardwood floors from my daughter's drum set. It seems well-made; there's no issue with the stitching. He drums all fit on it, and it's soft enough she can play without shoes on. Best of all, it protects my hardwood floors.

This rug's affordability is great, but its thinness is a downside. While it stays in place and accommodates a drum set, it lacks cushioning and stability. Suitable for casual use, but not ideal for drummers needing a more substantial base for their equipment. My biggest complaint is that the velcro underneath my pedals does not stick well to the velvety and somewhat slippery surface.I sincerely hope that you will find this review helpful.

I would not call this a drum rug, it's more of a thin mat that could provide a thin layer of cushioning for under your drums. It comes folded, so when you unfold, it does not lay flat, which is annoying. The grippy side is fine for our carpet but I'm not sure how well it would grip hardwood or concrete floor. I think it would be better suited for a small e-kit, definitely didn't do much for a regular kit and I will need to buy a thicker actual drum rug still. I will probably use this for additional support under the better drum rug we get.
