We have two screen porches, one of which has an outdoor rug, the other of which didn't because of its shape, which this rug works with just fine.It also works well with me. The grey coloring is so cool looking, in hot weather, and so calming, with its white design. It has a rubber backing, which keeps it from slipping - but the rug overall weighs just a bit more than a bath mat; I was able to move the carpet and place it outside myself, unlike our other outdoor rug (which is an annual ordeal to move around as the weather changes).It also dries quickly, so what water gets on it (which happens in spite of a roof and screens) disappears without a trace of the mold we see everywhere else in the swamp in which we live. The rug has been outside since the end of June (It's the end of September now) and the underside, as you can see in the photo, looks like new.This rug brings no additional responsibilities, and offers feelings of peace and calm. If only all acquisitions were the same.

It is a beautiful blend of soft gray and cream colored patterns. It has a calm effect when you look down at it on the floor. It can be used anywhere--indoors, on the porch, deck, ourtoors, with the RV, etc. It has a rubber backing so it will not slip around. It has a nice neutral design so it is not too feminine.It will look perfect in my screened porch.The tag says it is machine washable, but to be honest, I wouldn't put it in the washing machine, just hang it up, use the hose and gentle rag to wash it by hand as needed.This mat is Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of 60 bucks, it's twice the price it should be for Chinese plastic, but I really like it.

Recently I decided to replace the worn outdoor rug on our back deck. When I came across this 5x8 outdoor rug from RV MURTS I knew it would look great and work perfect on my back deck. I like the overall look and design of the rug and the gray color that goes well with my deck. I like how it's 5x8 which is a perfect size for my deck table that we use for cookouts and just hanging out. I like that it feels very durable and is very thick and heavy which will help keep it in place and from moving around on my deck. I like that it’s easy to clean and is even machine washable which will make cleaning up any messes on it so much easier. Overall, I really like this outdoor rug and consider it the best one I have ever owned so far. 5 out of 5 stars.

We spent a lot of time outdoors with friends during 2020 and 2021, so we've used quite a few patio rugs. This rug is one of the most durable in our collection.The pattern isn't dramatic and that's better than rugs with a lot of "pop". Any rug used outdoors is going to pick up dirt, leaves, and paw prints very quickly. Rugs with a sharp pattern can't conceal the inevitable dirty patches. This rug doesn't need daily cleaning to look attractive. The neutral color also goes perfectly with our patio furniture, no matter which pillows we buy.After being unrolled, it was 95% flat after just a few minutes, and went completely flat after about an hour. We've learned the hard way that rugs which don't flatten quickly are a trip hazard. This rug is safe to take camping and unroll as needed.My German Shepherd loves to sleep on it, so it has the doggy vote of approval as well.My only complaint is the rubber backing. Due to the non-slip backing, I can't use this on a wood deck or porch, as it would hold moisture underneath. It's not non-slip enough to put next to our pool. I'd rather there was either no backing so I could use the rug in more places, or thick enough backing that it could be used anywhere.It does stay in place well enough to put under light-weight patio furniture, such as a bistro table and chairs. It also works well beneath the door of an RV or camper.

I appreciate that everything described about the rug is what it says it is in my estimation-- thin-- outdoor-- somewhat waterproof - decent traction on the bottom-- one thing I did not anticipate is that it shows every little speck of dirt. I can't say why but every piece of grass, dirt or otherwise is very highly visible. Take that for what you will, otherwise the rug is what it is advertised to be and is very thin but well made/outdoor intended. I am using it in a basement with a concrete floor that can sometimes get a little "outdoors-ish".

I really like this rug. It does not feel like the cheap plastic straw outdoor mats. This carpet feels reasonably soft under bare feet and looks great on our patio. I have not washed it yet, but it will definitely fit in our top load washing machine. Back is slightly rubbery to prevent slip. Pattern is gorgeous. Very happy with this product under our matching grey chairs.

If you are looking for a luxurious rug or were expecting the rug to look exactly as in the picture - the sad news is that you are setting yourself up for disappointment.This rug is definitely not soft. The design is very muted and not at all like shown in the picture.

This is a really flimsy outdoor rug, with a non-skid backing. It color-coordinates nicely with my gray vinyl siding, and it does the job it was intended to do, that is, it protects my decking from being scraped by the feet of furniture. It isn't soft and cushiony like an indoor rug but instead is very flat. I don't expect it to last very long, and its current price (about $60) seems a bit on the high side. The design is very muted, not clear and crisp as in the product photo, but I prefer the muted look. The rubber non-skid backing color-coordinates with the rug's colors, which is much nicer than having a bright white backing show through if the edge flips up. One side remained curled up after unrolling, but that's pretty par for the course with most rugs. This seems like a solid choice for a no-frills outdoor rug, as long as you don't expect it to look or feel high-end.
