I ordered them for our 3 printers at the office. BROTHER. None of the printers were able to read/accept the replacement. We all try switching to different printer or drum. TRASH MONEY.SELLER HAD A WAY TO NO ACCEPT THE RETURN.. SO I PUT THEM IN THE TRASH..If I had no stars.. I will give them that score...very disappointed... like if the seller cares. *And it was under the return dateline...

Though the packaging is different than that which is pictured, these drums still fit my Brother printer, and the cartridge snapped ritht into place. As to capacity, time will tell, but for now, it's working just fine. Far lower price than the manufacturer's costs!

I really like that when I got this new drum that it was decent quality, fit right in my Brother HL-2280DW. But what is best is it worked with no problems or issues at all. Printer didn't question whether it was "genuine." Replacing the drum cleaned up the extra toner on the page and the smudges that were appearing on the print.I am very happy with these two drums and I think you will be too!
