This ink toner is bad quality- ordered 4 toner’s- 3 did not work but by the time one toner is used- return window finishes. Bad quality- will not use this product.

I was getting a black streak printing along the bottom edge of each page printed. I first cleaned all the rollers in the printer and still had the black streak printing. I then replaced the with this drum and problem solved! So far so good, print quality is excellent and no black streak any longer along bottom edge!

Put this in a HP and works perfectly and color is great. So much cheaper than HP products.

I didn't know the drum unit had to be replaced once in a great while! Was putting in new toner cartridges and the printer still had bad spots on the pages. After installing this drum, the HP118DW prints like a brand new printer...HP should have put a note on the printer that the drum needs replacing after a half dozen toner cartridges. FYI I did remove the old drum, and tried to clean it- no go. This printer was $115 when new in 2019 and now it is $400. FOUR HUNDRED! Forget that, I will just keep buying new drums until something else fails. AND this is the FIRST drum replacement with this printer. Have probably printed at least THIRTY reams; 15,000 pages! the last few ream had pots every two inches along the side of the page that were getting bigger with every ream.

This drum works perfectly well and was relatively easy to install.However, the b & w print isn't as pure black as what the original HP drumdelivered. It's a bit lighter.

This drum unit, cartridge hold fits perfect for my printer. Also it functions pretty well. I replaced my original drum unit with this new one, all the problems that I have for the printer are cleaned up. The price is fair, actually cheaper than other brands. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.
