Color4work Compatible HP CF232A 32A Drum Unit High Yield 23,000 Pages 1-Pack
This cartridge is an imaging drum needed to be used with HP 30A CF230A or HP 30X CF230X and HP 94A 94X CF294A CF294X toner cartridge or compatible replacements. Color4work CF232A drum unit is able to bear approximately 23,000 pages of printing. When you find printing issues with your HP LaserJet printer, except for a printer examination, you also need to check both of the toner cartridge or the drum unit and it will help recognize the problem and decide which replacement you need.

My HP M118DW Laser Printer started putting a dark smear pattern down the right side of every print. Turned out it was an issue with the drum. Changed it out in seconds with this drum and the issue disappeared. The price was right also. If the problem shows up again OR if you're seeing the same problem, definitely buy one of these drums.

BUT! My HP laserJet started giving my a slow down because I wasn't using HP parts. They still work fine but HP slows down the print qeue, I believe, as punishment.

I was not aware of this drum unit being needed for my HP all-in-one. I kept blaming the toner cartridges for black smudges on the side of each page I printed. Then I read an Amazon reviewer that touched on this drum working for their exact same problem as my own. So, I tried it and it worked to solve my poor print quality immediately! If you are having trouble with a fairly new printer and you notice that there is a second cartridge inside the printer, then I would suggest trying the drum unit for your printer or all-in-one machine. This product worked perfectly for my print issues! Worth the money!

Initially the drum seemed fine but over time (1500 pages of normal print) smudges in the same place started appearing on the print pages. Nothing worked to correct the problem so I got a new drum, different brand, which appears to be working fine. We'll see when I have more pages printed.

It was the cheapest drum cartridge for this printer and it works. Definitely best value for the price. I was a little skeptical based on the reviews of it not working, but it worked well for my M203dw printer.
