I like the number of copies I can obtain from this cartridge. The printers wear out at about 70,000 impressions. I wrote monthly news letters and printed them for the members of three civic organizations of which I was a member. I am down to one now do to my age. I would keep an extra cartridge on hand so that when the one in my machine runs out of toner, I install the spare, but they last so long and I don't print as many sheets now. When I need one Amazon sends me a replacement real speedy.

I order from this brand regular, sometimes the quality is pretty good but sometime the quality of the cartridge is bad. Like the ink will smudge all over the pages and the the prints will come off if you touch it. I have to return them and reorder sometimes. Well…it is troublesome sometimes but it is much cheaper than buying the original brand.

This cartridge works fine, but I found the instructions confusing and possibly out of date.

I recently acquired a free laserjet printer from work that was being upgraded. I already have two inkjet printers that take cartridges, but since I don't print that often, they often dry up and stop working. Or, if one color is low, it won't print at all until you replace an expensive cartridge that you don't even need just to print black and white. Toner is the way to go, because it won't dry out over time, and you get hundreds of prints from one cartridge. HP still wants you to pay $100+ dollars for their toner, but this cartridge cost less than one of the inkjet cartridges I've been buying, and this is an "X" version meaning it has an extra amount of toner that will print more than the standard version. It came sealed up just like a new name brand. You have to pull the protective tape out of it and remove another seal. It slid in place perfectly just like the original, and the display alerted me that this was not an original HP product. I hit the "ok" button and that was it! There were good instructions with this toner that explains what to do if your printer tries not to work with this aftermarket toner. But mine started printing right away with no issues. Quality looks just as good as original, so why pay that expensive price for an obsolete printer? I'm happy with my purchase and will buy it again when needed.

Bought this to replace the original 80A cartridge for my HP Laserjet pro 400. At first a couldn't believe it would be as good as the OEM cartridge especially for the price $19.99!! Print quality is excellent and I have had no negative results at all. Definitely consider this replacement cartridge before spending over $100 on the original HP cartridge.

I bought the 80x high capacity cartridge for my HP Pro 400 Laser Jet printer. I had trouble figuring out how to insert the cartridge into the printer but found out that the orange rings on either side of the cartridge must be removed as well as the strip that is pulled out. Once I figured that out the cartridge slipped in nicely. I've been using it for a few days now and the quality is just as good as the OEM for a fraction of the price. The printouts are perfectly clear and crisp. I will definitely buy again. Highly recommended!
